The reservation process was super simple. We call the morning of and luckily they had carts available. E. B. checked us in when we picked up the cart and he was very friendly and efficient.

Called to make a reservation and was denied it does not say anywhere that I need to have a reservation. Spoke to Susan on the phone. She has the worst customer service skills very rude and should not be working for Disney

The ease in which it book the carts, pickup and return is efortless. The staff is always kind and friendly and is very informative when you pickup the cart. i love this park, i love the golf carts being there to use.

If you cancel your reservations to Fort Wilderness, make sure you cancel your golf cart rentals. They will still charge you and hold your money. And no one will help you.

Unable to rent one even though we could see several were in the return area. You really need one to get around the grounds as they don’t allow onsite parking in most places and the cabin we were placed was far from the shuttle stop. Being far along in my pregnancy and having issues walking long distance didn’t help. Talking to the other campers on the grounds it seems to be an overall issue they have with this place. Women I spoke to at the front desk she seemed almost bothered that I was asking about possible cancellations. Cut the conversation short and flatly said they were booked until July. Warning: DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM IN FORT WILDERNESS UNLESS YOU CAN WALK AROUND OR CAN GET A GOLF CART RESERVED FOR YOUR TRIP!

So far not a good experience. We requested 6 seated. We're told several times 1st come 1st served but when we arrived there were several that came available and reserved for others.

I've had a good experience both times I've rented carts. Just make sure you reserve the same day you make cabin or campsite reservations and prepare yourself for a LONG hold time. I also highly suggest decorating your cart to find it easier in the parking areas. Have fun!

Booked 2 golf carts 1 month prior. When I checked in only 1 reservation was found. So we had 6 people in our party to use a 4 seater golf cart. Their "fix" was that they could provide us with a 2nd cart the next day. I find this unacceptable considering I confirmed with the phone reservationist that we needed two carts.
