My family and I had an exceptional visit today with Faras. He was informative, helpful, and patient when helping my family of 3. He made sure that we found the right pair of shoes for our feet, comfort, and lifestyle. I would recommend everyone to work with Faras; he was wonderful! As for the store, it was clean, staff were friendly, and plenty of inventory. We are all pleased with our purchases and look forward to running with our new shoes.

Terrible customer service. After my kids and I had our feet scanned, I requested some shoes to try. After requesting a size down, I was ignored. I was prepared to send $1,000 in there today, and I was treated like a non paying customer. When you treat people that way, they become non paying customers. I'll spend my thousand, where they appreciate business

A Fit2Run worker is incredible, she always attends with a smile and with a very good attitude and it is impressive how she serves more than one client at the same time she attended me and five, others her name is Migaily, I don't know if it's written like that and if not I'm sorry but she is known as Mimi and she is impressive a 10/10.

Amazing store for runners which not only close at 11PM but it is also inside Disney Spring. Simon was very helpful to walk through every shoes model to perform a study on running biomechanics. Thanks to him I realized that I needed a larger size shoes given the structure of my foot and now my feet no longer hurt after running

Ask for Phil!!! He’s a fantastic salesman, and helped us find the right shoes for our needs. All around super friendly experience, he knew so much about what was best for us and truly wanted to help us reaching our running goals :)

Stood around for 15 min looking to try some shoes on. Walked around to look for an employee to assist. Everyone was apparently busy. If you come here, you are better off buying online. Good luck trying to find any assistance in person

Fares was the best! He serviced three of us on a timely manner on a busy Friday night while also managing to help others and answer questions. I have happy feet and found out while my back has been giving me some issues.

Richard was great ! We went in today and out of all the workers he was helping several people all at once . Great customer service. I asked someone else for a style shoe in black in the same size as the display and all they told me was we don’t have it. Didn’t suggest another shoe or offer for me to get the display pair. He went back there and found the match to the display so I could get the one I needed ! Same for my my husband. $300 purchase made all because of him!

The worst service I have ever had in my life when I was looking for tennis shoes for my wife. She brought me some used tennis shoes because I didn't have the number. They were dirty and rotten and she told me it couldn't be until I showed her the tennis shoes. I went to buy new ones. not used I do not recommend you have ever had it
