Pretend you are a millionaire! Spacious resort, attentive room staff, absolutely delicious food in all the restaurants, beautiful surroundings. Property includes two pools, heated, and a themed splash fountain. Life guards on duty at one pool, mostly young kids are there, but the other pool is definite relaxation. Absolutely wonderful vacation for young and old! I would come back, for sure!

The room looks nice. The cast members are very nice and patient. The location is not too far from epcot and Hollywood Studios. Finally, the theming of the Riviera is very Mediterranean and is very nice.

Love this resort. My family took the skyliner to EPCOT and for some reason ended up to this resort. We loved the structure, design and the environment. Loved the French/Italian insipiration.Rooms: Best that Ive ever seen.

I love this resort. I know it lacks closeness to the parks but it's connected to both of my favorite parks so that is a win for me. There is something about this hotel that I just love... the smell, the food (both restaurant and quick service..), the theming... I just really enjoy it here. I have always had a good experience here no matter what. During Christmas they even gave out cookies to everyone and Santa was there. It was a magical moment for my kids. The lawn games are fun for everyone but I do wish the pool area was a bit bigger. For a Deluxe resort that part feels very moderate.

What a great experience we had at the Riviera. The rooms were very nice and very clean. Room service came every day and took our trash, then on the 4th day cleaned everything and gave us new towels. It's a great location and easy to get to any of the parks. The skyliner is right outside the resort and will take you to Epcot or Hollywood studios. The Disney buses are a quick 10 min ride to Magic kingdom or Animal Kingdom. The resort had 2 options for food and both are A+. If you are staying more than 3 days then get the refillable cups! It's well worth it

The best part of this resort is the location. A few minutes of walking and you can hop a Skyliner to Epcot, among other parks. Never having to wrestle with traffic for parking makes the price tag worth it.Rooms are nice and modern. The television allowing screencasting from a personal device is a nice touch. Our fridge got VERY cold, even on the lowest setting; everything was icy after a night.Staff is pleasant and helpful; Disney has high expectations of their people.Walkability: Minutes away from a major Skyliner station!

Awesome this is our third year coming here amazing service, staff. Rooms etc: we arrived today and this time I experienced something too often; my husband and I went in the gift shop because I wanted another Disney backpack and to my surprise one of the workers attempting to follow us around as if he was straightening up already straighten items. Really? There was nothing in the gift shop I wanted that I couldn’t pay for sad 2023 almost 2024. That put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not patronize that store ever. Be careful how you treat people you could have be watching a billionaire?

Beautiful new resort! I appreciated that it was a Disney hotel, but wasn’t overly saturated in Mickey Mouse themes, gives the hotel a bit more elegance than the typical Disney property hotel. Great for families as well - fun water slide and kids swim area! Also appreciated the restaurant with views of the fireworks at EPCOT.

Once again, we spent another Christmas at this resort and it was perfect! The suite allows us to have the whole family stay over. Everything is magical, clean, and comfortable. The stocked kitchen, fold down beds, and large bathroom were essential. This year, our room came with an Alexa, which we used for music and fun. The food was great. We ate at the pool cafe and bar a lot. We enjoyed the sundry store and pool. We had a great view of the fireworks. They decorated for Christmas and we got lots of great pictures. Overall, it was the perfect holiday. Can't wait for next year!

Apparently it is one of the newer Disney resorts and so we had to try. I was underwhelmed. The location is solid being close to most parks and Disney Springs but thats about it. It wasn't horrible in terms of setup but didn't live up to the expectations people told me. The skyliner is right there so easy access to a few Disney locations. Heres where it gets bad: My son slipped in the elevator on the wet floor. There were puddles in there and no sign. I was livid and all they did was leave a paper that had info for claims department. I was not happy and asked to speak to someone but they did not follow up. Then I had to ask again and they gave me a claims number. Not a fan of how they handled it.

We really loved the Riviera. We had a deluxe studio, which had a great layout, especially the bathroom area. We had a great view of the lake. But, the location was the best part. Skyliner access and close proximity to all parks and Disney Springs was great.Loved the feel of the resort as well. While not overly "Disney", we did not mind that at all.

The new Disney... Small cramped hotel room that looks like less quality than Hampton at triple the price. For a dvc resort the rooms were dirty and offer no amenities. It's bland and is really not worth the money. You're better off staying at Hilton hotel or go to animal Kingdom Lodge. It looks like a cheaper hotel with no grand lobby like Disney is known for. The pool over at Fort wilderness is better. Only thing this place has going for it is location. If you want to spend over $500 for a room that has a pull out bed you have to make yourself... Than this is the place for you.

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, and amazing dining! With on-site access to the Skyliner, this is one of the best hotels on Disney property.

This place is over the top for service and accommodations. The rooms are large and beautiful. Probably the best part of Disney’s Rivera Resort is it’s location. Disney’s Sky Liner has a stop at the Rivera and from there you can ride to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. My family and I consider the Sky Liner to be the best mode of transportation at Disney World. Your not standing shoulder to shoulder on a crowded bus or Monorail car. The Sky Liner is smooth, quiet, peaceful and private. It’s like your own family personal transportation provided by Disney. I hope Disney has future plans to extend the Sky Liner to the other two parks and have more resorts along its route.Rooms: The rooms are large and beautiful. The construction of the Rivera is top notch with no skimping on materials or craftsmanship.
