Don't waste your money! Used them in 2018 for my daughter first trip to Disney and there's was nothing in the room when we got there, everything came out late and all the snacks were stale! what a waste of $450! Sorry for the late review just found the invoice in my old emails! Never again!

Really terrible service. I ordered a gift basket to be delivered Friday to a family member. On Saturday I called my family member, who indicated they never received the basket. I called the disney resort on Saturday who indicated they never received the basket and that I should call the floral and gift service. Turns out they dont answer the phone on the weekends and my family member leaves home Sunday. Can't even get them on the phone for a refund. I never write reviews but I highly do not recommend them.

I almost hate to write this as I have never given a bad review before. I ordered a princess basket for my grandaughter's birthday and while she was thrilled it was very disappointing. The cost was $200 USD and consisted of a doll, a small bag of candy, a tiny tiara and a proclamation with her name on it all in a small canvas bag. I am sure that if we had put together something similar it would have been less than $100. I had thought from the picture and description it would have been much more for that money. Again she was thrilled and that was the main thing.

I placed an order for a basket to be delivered to my son and his new wife on their honeymoon. I understand that items go out of stock and sometimes a substitute is necessary, but a substitute should be of equal or greater value. These replacement water bottles look like they are straight out of the dollar store. I should have been made aware of this when I placed the order. I would rather have had no bottles at all and paid a lower price upfront than have this embarrassing substitution delivered. When I called, all I was offered was a $30 credit, which I wouldn't even have received had I not called at all. I don't blame the customer service agent who assisted me, but this was shameful.

I don’t know if Jean Valentin is still a manager there, but she told me “you have to be have an able-body to work here, you cannot work here is you have a disability or any health condition”I worked my a$$ off there, overtime 12 &15 hours a day, because I needed a job and I needed money.When she found out I had health problems, and I talked to them to ask them to change me to another working area, to be able to keep working there, they say no.I had to quit. Because They didn’t have accommodations for my problem or they didn’t care at all. I have all evidence, And I was told I can sue for discrimination, but I really don’t have the energy for it.Toxic environment. Everyone is competing with everyone. The conditions of the place are poor. No elevations , just stairs. Low ventilation in some areas and poor lighting.It’s dark. They say, you have opportunities to grow, but that’s not true.The management is always gossiping and in a bad mood.Racist environment, In the phone calls area (Sells) , the manager told a coworker of mine that she needed to loose her Spanish accent in order to have more sales by phone, cause it was distracting.My coworker was crying after that.You cannot trust no one there. It’s kinda sad that Disney let that toxic environment exist.I do not recommend to work here, unless you enjoy a toxic environment.

I would not recommend using this service for floral delivery. I ordered 3 floral arrangements and confirmed delivery with them for Mother’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered between 10am and 5:30pm but never arrived. When I called that evening they could only find 2 of the 3 and couldn’t refund my missing order. They recommended I call back later. Completely took the “magic” out of this experience for my family. Completely disappointing for a Disney service.

Amazing! Had expectations of picking this up at front desk- as per their website. However to my surprise it was already in my room when I checked in. The flowers stayed fresh for 7 whole days then I had to check out. I love exotic flowers so this did not disappoint. Had a custom banner made and they called me to confirm the date. Side note — always answer your phone with you see a (407) area code number calling you and you have a Disney trip planned. Love the hidden Mickey in the flowers. Love the food basket. Thank you!

Spoke with Michelle and she was not a happy sounding Cast Member like everyone else I've ever spoken to. She sounded more like she belonged in the Haunted Mansion if you know what I mean. I was trying to organize a very special surprise for a special occasion for my family, but she completely took the fun out of the whole thing. I ended up just telling her that my husband and I would unfortunately have to pass and find something outside of Disney's services.
