I went shopping here and picked out a beautiful glass elephant for my friend that was $80. When I got to the register, the worker who was standing right next to the register told me to wait while he traced a glass. He made it very clear with his facial expressions and body language that I was interrupting or annoying him, but there was no one else there? I waited 20 mins, patiently. When he finally came over to sell me the elephant (finally) I noticed the ear was chipped. He told me he would get me a new one from the back. He got me the new one, I paid, and I left. I trusted he actually swapped out the broken elephant. I opened up the box when I got home today to find the same chipped elephant was the one he put in the box. It’s crazy to me that after all the patience I exercised, he still felt it was acceptable to charge me $80 for a broken elephant. I expected disney to look out for the customer more than this. I’ll NEVER shop there again.

I bought an exclusive ornament back on Dec 12th and was told that I would receive it after Christmas. I’ve had to send them 3 emails after Christmas for an update. On our last email, they finally gave us a tracking number as they sent it off that day. If I had not asked, it would not have been sent. All in all it has taken 6 weeks for me to receive my ornament. Ridiculous and will never order from them again. No apologies for the late item.

This place is exquisite. The glass pieces are just insane. There is a live glass blowing station which is wonderful to watch. They have a disney castle which is done with crystals to a total of $285k! They have all sorts of disney characters in various ways, glass, wood, crystals, etc.

If I could give Arribas Brothers 100 out of 5, I would - they are an amazing company with amazing people. My child and I visited a location recently and encountered an issue that left us a little disappointed. But I felt like their guest services would want to know about it so I wrote them an email just to let them know what happened. I was SO blown away by the company's response, I honestly don't think I've ever had better customer service in my life. Not only did they address the issue and make apologies, but they also refunded me completely when I didn't even ask for that, and the general manager came to my home and hand-delivered the item my son made and an extra bonus item. My partner and I talked for almost an hour and it was just such a pleasure to meet them. This was the ultimate white-glove service. I just want to say that this is a really wonderful company and I encourage everyone to visit them while they are at Disney Springs or in the parks! They care about their customers, and they take care of them!

I was in town for a conference and wanted to stop by and pick up a silhouette portrait souvenir. Because I was here for a conference, I couldn’t make it to the shop when the silhouette artist was opening up for the day (11 AM every day), so I spent three days trying to make it in time before they closed. The first day I was told that she typically left around 9 or 10 (I had gotten there fairly late). Then the second day I planned to leave around 7, but I decided to call the store beforehand. Lo and behold, she left the store at 3 PM on a Friday. Then today, Saturday, I called again to check before heading over around 8. I figured Saturdays are probably pretty busy, so she’d probably go back to her “normal” schedule. She had left at 7:30 already. I’m pretty frustrated with the whole situation—I tried my best to figure out the schedule but it doesn’t seem like there’s any rhyme or reason whatsoever to when the service is open or closed. Disney can do better.

My crystal wand is beautiful. The services was awful. I recommend waiting until you go to Magic Kingdom. I did not enjoy spending the time and money on my crystal wand. The lady working made me feel like I was bothering her.

Way too pricey. I collect glass figurines and there was hardly any in the store. There was more Swarovski statues in there and only rich people can afford those at prices like $18,000 to $250,000!

Interesting shop if you're looking for upscale/pricey crystal arts gifts or collectibles in a Disney theme. They do good work and it's a fun shop just to browse and take photos of the work.
