Ok, Build-A- Bear, it's just a regular Build-A- Bear, but they sell dinosaur plushes they didn't even decorate the store dinosaur themed. I guess if you like dinosaurs, though, this would be a good store for you, just not me.

I was there last week with my family and we had an amazing experience Ayisha was the one who assisted us with build a dino and she was so calm and sweet. She did such a great job. Definitely recommend.

I went to Build a dino and the retail store last night and had a really good experience! They had a lot of fun merchandise offerings and the atmosphere was really cool! I purchased two animals at build a dino and had a really great interaction with Allison, she was really friendly and energetic!

I work at a different Build-A-Bear location so I was so excited to see how they do things here. I loved how they decorated the store and all the variety of different dinos they had. Unfortunately, when it was time to stuff my dino, the employee was very standoffish and even the heart ceremony was really short. She just said “make a wish, kiss the heart, put it inside”. I was very disappointed. I still love my dino and the outfit I chose but I think the employees need to work on their friendliness and making sure the environment is warm and welcoming.

We went to Build a Dino and had the best time! Gladys and Bella took care of us from start to finish. We had an older Dino to get fluffed and wanted to also buy a new Dino. The team went above and beyond! We were able to fluff up our old Dino, get a new outfit, and both certificate. Plus pick a new one!
Gladys helped us get clothes on and shared tips on how to was our new and improved friends. The workshop was really busy but we have never known because they didn’t rush us out and made the experience fun!
Thank you so much Gladys and Bella! You made our daughter’s birthday!

We took our 5 year old grandson here for his birthday. He is EXTREMELY shy and we had Rayne assisting us. She was so sweet and so good with him. She encouraged him to participate but was was also so respectful of his shyness. He had a wonderful experience and I truly feel it was because of Rayne.

"Roar box" stopped working in less than 12 hours, and we got it replaced, thankfully. The 2nd one stopped working less than a week later, and we are nowhere close to a BAB to get it replaced. It is a very expensive stuffed animal for it to break twice within a week of purchase.

I had seen so many pictures and videos of the Build-a-Dino workshop in Orlando. We decided to combine our vacation in Disney World with a visit here. The selection of dinosaurs is really diverse and the selection of matching clothes is even better. The employee who breathed life into our dinosaurs with plush was really unique, very warm and gave us great advice.Price performance is absolutely right. The quality is very, very good. We had a lot of fun here, would come back at any time and can recommend a visit here at any time.
