Jessica at the front desk helped get us checked in she literally was everything you could ask for in good customer service! She was so helpful getting us checked in for the evening and giving us recommendations on getting us food late night after a long flight. I rolled the dice on this hotel based on the reviews which are unfortunately less then favorable and looking at images on my own I’m so incredibly happy that I took a chance on this hotel is stunning and deserves so much more credit then past reviews have given it. Definitely take the chance because it’s a stunning resort with an amazing location

The most unprofessional, disorganized group of professionals that I have come across. Especially for an organization that should be as together as this one.

Attended a conference, 80% of the common areas under construction. Conference organizers certainly were not advised this would be the case when booking 13 months ago. Pool closed. Fitness center closed. Public bathrooms tired and dated. One of three elevators not working. It was a mess.

This hotel is gross. Hair all over the bathroom floor, no room service, AC doesn't work. Front desk super rude. Overpriced and gross!!

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Staff is incompetent, messed up the reservations, charging thousands of dollars in made-up unauthorized charges. SCAM of a business, having to fight with the bank to block them. Still trying to charge my credit card 2 months after I left the hotel. Go absolutely anywhere else. Stay at Red Roof Inn before you stay here.

BEWARE of staying here until major renovations are completed. I would call them and inquire before I stayed here. A lot of amenities are closed and some of the construction is quite noisy. This was a business trip for me so no choice. I think the renovations will be done sometime in early 2024 but they were behind schedule.Rooms: Rooms were fine and not affected by the construction.

I hate to have to write a negative review, as I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and was my go-to. I stayed back August 31-Sept 3. The hotel room was moist, damp, humid and had an odor to it. It was so moist that my son had to be taken to the ER due to his asthma acting up. I was transferred to a much smaller room & refunded my resort fee. There was an incident report filed by the manager. I wanted to cancel our upcoming trip & was going to write this review, then, but I was promised that the hotel would be back to it's normal condition & even better by the time we were coming now in December. I've literally tried calling 7 times & there are no answers to any line. I spoke to a "Vee" & she had me re-call the hotel again, although I was calling about an existing reservation. My calls were not answered after, and when pressing 2 for customer service, there is no one available at that extension, nor could you leave a voicemail. It's seems that the new management does not care about this establishment, which is sad because the old ones took such pride with the customers. My husband & I used to love coming to this hotel. We were thankfully able to cancel through Expedia & will be taking our business elsewhere.

Here for a conference. We were in the old part. There were multiple rooms. They were all freezing and at different temperatures that could not be controlled by the guest. The coffee was horrible, whether in the room or in the coffee shop. The hot water in the shower was only hot for a few minutes. The hallways stunk. It seems there were covering up the smell with a scent that eventually was too much. The beds were ok, but for that bed quality soft with dips, a cheap motel would do. The "down" blanket was very thin. Doubling the covers would not be good enough for a person with thin skin in that cold room. One coworker had a heating pad, which did not help much. In one room, the tub water was so slow to drain that the water was ankle deep, and another room was foot deep. They did try to make things better, but only a little bit. The rooms were still cold, shower not that hot.One guest complained that the toilet backed up they had to be moved to the new part of the building. The resort fees were absurd. You pay for access to the pool and gym that were closed for renovation, so you had to go to the hotel next door. You got 2 waters when you 1st arrived, and an additional 2 per day only upon request. A coupon book, a shuttle to the parks which we could not use because of the conference hours. No room service, you would ask the front desk for any extra towels, tp or soap. The american food place catered breakfast and lunch. Potato salad was soup. Pasta salad was undercooked, not even aldente, bread was old, scrambled eggs were too wet, desserts may have been frozen or delivered and were ok. Oj was great. People were going for the tea, not coffee. Therw was a salt shaker put out 2 days in a row that did not work. The exterior of the building needs a serious washing made itseems spooky out of a b rated horror movie. Not a great experience at all.Walkability: You can walk to disney springs its about 10 to 15 minutes

Allways switching management, cant keep steady staff at all!! This has been by far the most disappointing hotel. We were married there last year and ever since they got our deposit it has been nothing but headaches. Even a year later, we were promised that we would receive a complimentary 2 night stay as park of our wedding package and no one returned my email about booking. We were going to give it a try again for redemption from all the drama with them but this place is unacceptable.Rooms: Apparently they are getting renovated but who know with the stuff the pullNoteworthy details: Don't have your wedding here. The over promise, under deiver and then give you a felree stay as compensation and never actually let you stay.Wedding cake was thrown away and this place was 4 stars when I booked and in a year dropped to 3.6. Friends that had stayed there before were horrified and most of my guests have all left navigate reviews based upon their rooms and service.

I first stayed here in June 2019, and it was still in good condition back then. Unfortunately, it appears the hotel got run down during the pandemic. I stayed here again in April 2022, and many things were dirty and showed signs of inadequate upkeep. One of the elevators was also grinding on its guide rails, and even then, the front desk said all three had just passed inspection. While I attached pictures of the floor 6 hallway, I didn’t get any of room 611 (the double-queen room we stayed in in 2022).But for the room, the carpet had crumbs on it and the shower had white streaks on its floor. The room also smelled musty and had black spots on the bathroom ceiling.Sure, you have Disney Springs right there and it's easily walkable (especially for someone like me), but I would not stay here unless this hotel gets major renovations.

I was at a 5-day conference/seminar held at this hotel. Central AC was turned to the Max and all the conference rooms' temperature was like 8-10 degrees Celsius everyday for at least 3 days straight. Most of the people did not bring thick winter clothing to the conference because you know, it is Orlando. I had to try to get some extra layers but when I got them it was already too late. Some of my classmates and myself got really sick on the 4-5 th day and had to miss some of the classes. I'm still sick while writing this review . Not recommending to hold large group events at this hotel.Location, service and food were good though.

AC in room is very noisy and ineffective. Shower leaks and had tub has multiple chips. Lots of drywall damage around shower due to shower issues. Sink doesn't drain properly. Door to room does not close properly and needs foot to push door closed to engage dead bolt. Power outlets in room are very poor and don't hold chargers. Hotel is currently under renovation. Gym is closed. Hotel is walking distance to Disney Springs.

We staying at the "B Resort & Spa" this past weekend. What a disappointment! Apparently the Hotel is under renovation and will be a Marriott at the beginning of 2024. The place was deserted. Our room didn't have a shower curtain, face clothes or TV (there was a TV, just not hooked up)! Our patio did not have a table or chairs, and the view from our room was the highway and the dumpsters. The pool bar was closed most of the time we were there. They had shuttles to the parks, but not to Disney Springs which is where we were headed. Luckily we enjoy walking...I would NOT recommend staying here!
