But they was so amazing with us.I recommend them to anybody and they wasn't expensive at all. And she even went out of her way To do a sonogram for free just to let me know the my brownie Had a tumor on her that I wouldn't even know about they was just amazing all the way around so grateful.”
“It’s a pleasure knowing that when you go here Dr. Beatty and staff are top notch. We took are 1yr old boxer mix to the ER and told us she was dehydrated (correct) and that they thought she had parvo (false) even after 2 examinations. We took her to are vet and Dr Beatty immediately found she had a blockage in her intestines. To say the least I was more than willing to pay $1000 for surgery. 24 hours later she’s home and almost back to her normal playful self. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Thank you!!”

Also takes his time speak with the owners to get their pets better as soon as possible. My family and I have been going to him since we moved here twenty five years ago from Vero Beach. “This office is the best. From front desk, to assistants and of course Dr. Ezell. We have a border collie that had a severe issue and Dr. Ezell figured it out. We also have a very difficult Chiweenie and they treat this little monster like a princess.”

“I was a bit skeptical at first making a reservation for my two pets after reading the comments and low rate on yelp, I have used many boarding places & some are really expensive! but this place is really nice, friendly and quality for money $13 per night! I went and had a tour, it was really clean & nice, it didn't smell bad like some other places I've been and they gave me options to see if I wanted my pets together or in separate cages. The room was nicely laid out, light + airy, fans on, some dogs was playing together, they was really taken care of. I always go on instincts and I trust this place to leave my frenchie and yorkie. I'm updating my review, I picked my dogs up and they seemed fine, Benny was actually eating more! They called after we got home to see how they was doing. Great place”

This is our first time in a long time becoming dog owners so it was important to be able to get help if we needed it. The staff was knowledgeable about the different products and offered advice on the pet which products they thought were best for us.They offer professional groomers on-site which makes it convenient to shop while your pet is getting his grooming done. And, with their pet hospital right there in the store you can get your pet checked up, get his shots, and address any other concerns and needs.Another commendable feature is the adoption center within the store. They partner with local animal shelters to facilitate pet adoptions to find these pets a loving home.Whether you're looking for supplies, advice, or a new furry friend, PetSmart is worth a visit.”

“Visiting from Tennessee and staying at the KOA in Davenport Fl. Winston and Walter got terrible sick with diarrhea(bad-worst ever). I can’t say enough about St.Charles staff, I called at 3:45a.m. 2/13/24 and was helped with great support and went on in to get both boys examined and treated.Went back 2 days later and the staff was so so welcoming and gave me so much peace and help for my guys. “Best repro vet in the state! From my first phone call to schedule the appointment for my dog, to the actual procedure, the entire staff was very kind and accommodating. Listened to my concerns and had no problem explaining every step and answering every question I had.
