‼️ILLEGAL PRACTICES AND MAIL INTERFERENCE (FRAUD)‼️
I have sent MULTIPLE certified mail envelopes, written out the exact same way. I have never had a problem with any other postal office. This postal office in particular is involved in fraud.
They sent my envelope back to me requesting additional postage which IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE. I will be filing multiple complaints about this post office. Following the law should not be that difficult. But since the postal workers here could rather commit crimes (to appease who? They are only oppressing themselves and their families) than to simply FOLLOW the LAW, I will be filing formal complaints against them with the Postmaster.

Who ever is driving SouthBuena Vista Dr. Lake Alfred Needs to be FIRED ! He constantly puts the wrong mail in the wrong box. I recently received multiple tax information to my box, brought it the correct person. Was wondering why I wasn't getting my mail now I get it! 2:30 p.m March 15th 2024 . I'm gonna start billing usps for my serviceM.

I had a stroke 4 years ago & no longer drine.I get items and groceries delivered. Generally Walmart delivers or one of the national delivery truckers. I am happy with them. They are Great !Unfortunately I just ordered some boots & they went thru to Lake Alfred Post Office . They had no special designation but Lake Alfred did not deliver them to my house because the box was obviously too large for the mailbox..Apparently they no longer take larger packages across the yard to the house. Of course ........Y..years

When I first moved to Lake Alfred I went to the post office.i told them I would like to get my mail at my house. The post MASTER said the subdivision that I live in does not have enough homes in it to deliver. We have the mail station where you have your mail box you open with a key. I explained all that to him. I asked how long will it be he said the subdivisiotwo yearsto two years I I asked by who's rules he said his rules.

The worst post office ever. They had my package since 10 am for delivery today 9-8-23 from Amazon now I won’t get it till tomorrow. If I wanted it tomorrow I would have not ordered it till the next day. Thank you for ruining my plans.

The actual postmaster was extremely rude and refused to ship priority boxes after they were declared free of restricted contents. Worst postal experience ever!!

I must say this post office is the best in the area. No wait time. I leave Winter Haven just to drive here. The black girl at the desk is extra nice. She’s always helpful. Thank you for all you do Lake Alfred post office.

The wait times are always fast. Ashley always keep the same energy, she’s always polite with the customers and always asks if me and my husband needs help. She’s overly helpful and polite. Not to mention most of the time I’ve always seen her working the register by herself and the line always goes fast. Best post office in Polk county.

The workers here aren’t happy, And clearly mad at the world. They should replace the staff with people that are grateful to have a job. I’m always getting my packages returned, even though I’m paying for a P.O. Box because the post office doesn’t deliver to my home address. There’s a law suit coming on that, and I’m getting my packages refused here too. What a waste of staff. If you don’t like your job, GET A NEW ONE!!!
