“I sure do love this little post office. I am a big city girl and I'll tell you what..this post office is a hidden treasure.
I work in Lakeland, live in Winter Haven and will always go a little distance just to come to this post office.
Everyone is always so kind, it seems to me that they really do like their jobs.

“I've never had any problems with these people. recently I thought they lost a package and they ended up finding it and holding on to it for me for longer than they needed to. been dealing with them for the better part of 5 years now. They are not happy to be there, and they might be a little curt with you, but they do their jobs well”

“For those of us who live in Davenport and need to manage a passport, although we have a postcard nearby, it is not currently managing this process. So for this service, this entity here in Haines City is the one you need, when you enter you can take the template you require, first time or renewal, and make the respective appointment through the service page, in fact a Mrs. who was waiting , she jokingly tells me that she looked for the information on Tik Tok and everything is super detailed, I hope the information is useful to her, as prices vary and they have a photography service, if not it gives you the chance to bring it with the rest of the requirements that you will find on The templates that you have to fill out are found at the entrance. The very friendly staff can also guide you with the rest of the information.”
“I use this post office daily to ship packages. The staff have always been helpful despite high traffic. However, the facility itself is inadequate to handle all of the required functions. I think some minor renovations are needed. Management could also look at the current space and relocate some things to help.”
“As we all know, most businesses are shortstaffed and we are grateful for the people who show up. Florence, Villa Post Office 1/5/22 had one clerk at the window. Lisa, Lisa handled everyone professionally efficiently promptly, and was very courteous,. She was a woman of multitasking and did not lose her cool. Kudos to you, Lisa. “Really wanted to work here, seen the bad reviews and I live in the area could really make this a premier USPS location. I don't even own a car so I wouldn't even take up a spot in that haggard parking lot everyone says, I'd even walk to work easy no issue reliable everyday wouldn't take long. They don't have any openings and probably rarely do. Their staff is made up of a tight knit crew that really know how to bend and shift the rules around to inconvenience others without penalty. No matter how prepared you are for your visit to handle such services there will without doubt almost always have complications where someone is going to curve your expectations in getting it done. Avoid showing up around lunch time which could vary in hours and could hinder the impact on the service you'll be receiving.in account for all above I still offer my employment and 5 stars”
