Cecil made an appointment to meet with me, i confirmed with him on Friday to meet with me Monday. I took time off my other job to meet with him, and when i got there he said he wasnt interested in meeting me, wanted to “teach people on phone a lesson.” A man would have addressed those people, instead of wasting my time.
