Nice front store cashiers & manager. Pharmacy employees are helpful. Prescriptions have been done quickly. Recently needed a prescription and I called to see if I could pick it up before their meal break. 20 minutes later I received a notification that it was ready to be picked up. Yay to the pharmacist and staff.

Have been trying to get through to them for days. Been hung up in three times. Tried the website and chat which did not help at all. I guess I have to go there just to find out simple information. I’m disabled so this isn’t the easiest thing but I need my meds

Pharmacist lost over $5,000 in monthly sales from us! We are very new in town and had planned on transferring our prescriptions to Walgreens, but not any longer. The Pharmacist chose to not sell needles to my Type 1 Diabetic husband who had ran out of them. Her only reason was it was the “Pharmacist’s Discretion” if he wasn’t filling a prescription at the same time. She did not ask questions and she made it clear she was not open to discussing the situation. Since he has never had a problem purchasing Diabetic supplies elsewhere in the past 50 years, we were both shocked and taken aback by the situation and her lack of compassion.

Awful pharmacy experience. Sick with the flu and had to go to the store 4 times in a day. Multiple staff mess ups. Manager and staff are rude and don't have any empathy. Will not recommend to anyone or return to the location.

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Very sick and had to visit the location 4 times in 1 day. Didn’t receive orders that were sent twice, long wait for fill, charged for correct medicine and given the wrong medication. Will not return.

If I could give this pharmacy - zero I would. I have given them chance after chance. When you call 1 person tells you your prescription is in and to call back in an hour. You call back in an hour and a half, and they tell you it's not here and that it was delivered to Sunfield. and then they tell you they have delivery and you have to use doordash. When you try to use doordash, there is no prescription delivery. Then I call back and the girl says they have Walgreens delivery!! This place is a mess!don'doordash. And it's gonna be another 2 days for my prescriptions. This place is a mess!!!

Pharmacy is a joke. Said it would be over two hours to find a common flue medicine. Went to a different one they got it in about 45 seconds.

Naisia was the friendliest, most helpful cashier ever!!! She was extremely pleasant, & I hope I have the pleasure of seeing her again on my next trip to Walgreens! (Sorry if I misspelled your name girlfriend?)

Terrible service. They are disorganized, 4 people with vaccine appointments at the same time and the person giving shots is filling prescriptions instead.

What is it with cashiers and employees talking on the phone on their earbuds while at work or at the register? I just left this store and that’s what the male cashier was doing. Talking on the phone all the time while checking my order out and even complaining to the person on the phone how he had to work on the weekend. What happened with good customer services these days?
