Emmanuel was the best! He took the time to help us with activating a new device. Plus he's a fan of good music!
Word of caution, don't buy a phone from Walmart, it will only give you headaches.

I was having a lot of problems with my Apple Watch. Verizon’s online Technical Support Team member was unable to correct the problem due to my not having WiFi. He recommended that I go to a Verizon Store.
I went to Lady Lake Verizon Store first thing next morning in Lady Lake where I purchased my IPhone and Apple Watch Series 9.
When I walked into the store, I was very frustrated. I was on my “last nerve” and ready to unleash the Beast. I was assigned to one of their Specialists, EMANUEL, who was very knowledgeable and solved my problem in less than 20 minutes. Aside from his great technical capabilities, his has a very calming demeanor that was very comforting. I walked out a happy customer. Thanks Emanuel.

In preparing for an overseas mission trip for college, I learned I would need to consult my phone carrier. I'm not a tech guy, I'm older and not having grown up with this electronic stuff, I need help. I made the appointment, went to the store here in Lady Lake, and met up with a young man who helped me get everything done that he could help me with. I won't know if it works until I try it, but I trust him for what he explained and helped me with. Thank you Verizon @ Lady Lake.

The store manager was asked if he could help with a device drop-off. Instead, he put me in que. Noticing he wasn't helping me, I asked, so what is happening. He didn't like me inquiring and replied in a not too good customer service way, you have to wait for an associate to help you. BAD PRACTICE. The gentleman that finally helped me should be the store manager. He has a much, much better manner and attitude.

Unsatisfied because they wouldn't sell me what I wanted. So they offered a substitute and because I wouldn't switch to their phones priced it noncompetitivly

2/17/2024 - 5 employees working, 2 of them are checking customers in. 40% of the work force standing and waiting for new customers to come in - that’s it. The wait time is longer than a video trying to load with the “5G” in the area.Elon needs to roll out cell service and put Verizon out of its misery immediately.

I can say one thing for sure. The customer service was amazing. I went in and the rep who took care of me was wonderful. It was his last day. But he really made sure that I got a new phone. Phil the manager was also amazing. I don't ever do any reviews but I just felt like I needed to because this store and employees are wonderful.

This trip was rather frustrating for me but the reason for me going was partly resolved inside this corporate office and the other half resolved at home. This is still a great place to go with your Verizon problems!!
