I would have given them a 4 but they stated they wouldn't send me a picture of the flowers I purchased for my MIL's birthday. MIL said the arrangement was pretty so that's all I have to go by. I've had other florist I've used text me a picture. May or may not use them again.

Didn’t write down the correct order we wanted. Sent the wrong flowers to a funeral. Didn’t offer a discount for their mistake or any remedy of any kind.

I live in Pennsylvania and called because of the location near Recipient. They called back quickly, I did everything over phone, including an additional arrangement for the future. BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS, very nice Receptionist and was told the delivery driver was also. My GO TO place now!
