Went here to return an Amazon package and buy one pack of mailing envelopes. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason. I’d rather pay a fee than return a package for free than to come here again.

I was in the Lady Lake Florida store today needing to make some copies. I approached the counter with no one in line or waiting. Beth was the associate the ‘helped’ me. She was only interested in creating jobs that I’d have to return the next day for even though I requested help with the self service copiers to make an enlargement for my project. She was not interested and borderline rude. I made many copies trying to handle the job myself and went back to the counter and encountered another associate as I heard Beth telling the next gut his job would be ready in 15 minutes- NOT the next day!. I reported the situation to the assistant manager, Shawn to no avail. Simple enlargement for nearly $30 for 2 copies.
