I went to Soma in Spanish Springs last week looking for a particular bra. I was told that it was discontinued and no longer available. The saleswoman then gave me another style to try on. That one didn't fit properly, and as I handed it back to her, all she said was, "sorry about that" and she walked behind the counter. That was the extent of my customer service, so I left. I went online and saw the original bra that I had asked for. I called Soma and was able to order two from a very helpful customer service representative. I must say that there was another saleswoman working at the store that was being very attentive to her customer. I guess it all depends on who waits on you. As for me, I will be ordering online from now on.

I was recently in town and needed a bra for a Mother-of-the-Bride dress. I was very apprehensive about shopping here because I was under the impression they did not have sizes for larger band/cups. Not only was I mistaken, but I was also helped by the sweetest person named Mary. She took the time to find me the perfect bra for my dress, AND she fit me properly in the right size AND she told me what type of bra I should be wearing for my "girls" to fit well. I've never had that level of assistance, and it was amazing.

The ladies working in this store are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They also try to help you find the product that best suits your needs.Definitely try out this store. It's a women's intimate apparel store with some dresses to choose from. High quality fabrics.

This is Erika. Went to Soma at 1113 main st at the advice of a friend. I was not asked about measuring or any questions about what I was looking for. I left store in tears. Horrible experience. I really needed help. Drove almost an hour to get there.
