Can't believe they can't break a 100 dollar bill while im spending 30 dollars. Guess I'm gonna go to wawa from now on or just have dollars on me. Employees would rather chat it it with one another than help customers. Boo.

I would give -5 stars if allowed. Moral of the story, I won’t be back to this Racetrack or one after, after the call I had with corporate today. Ya’ll have broken pumps that you’ve know about for months according to someone that works there, still allowing people to use them and destroy their belongings. Had gas spewing all over my brand new motorcycle and myself only to be told, “If there is no significant damage, nothing can be done to help you but we can further investigate the problem.” So I have a motorcycle that just got covered in gas and could potentially ruin the paint job on it that is very expensive not including it could’ve blown the whole store up. But noooo let’s shrug that problem off our shoulders and act like it’s no big deal. Ya’ll mean to tell me you’ve had pumps down for months and haven’t made an effort to fix it? I could’ve blown the gas station up with having gasoline spewing over a hot motorcycle engine and yet the guy at corporate said it was my fault for allowing it to happen. Nope, nope nope!!! DO NOT use pumps 5,10,12 or 20 if you want your vehicle or belongings destroyed because clearly the management team doesn’t give a singular care for the outside people. 100% blaming management for not running the store properly or putting forth the effort to fix the problems. The pumps don’t even pump into the tank, it’s spews or sprays out of the top onto you and your vehicle. Not to mention the bathrooms are gross, the store is never clean, over half of the slushy machines are broken and the donuts always have a huge amount of flies/bugs on them no matter what time of day. This store and the rest of the Racetracks have officially lost me as a customer and If I were you I would consider losing them as a store as well. Unless you enjoy having your items ruined with no guarantee or reassurance they will help you fix that problem. Instead they listen to you, tell you that you’re wrong and say good luck in the future. Thats absolutely wrong considering the amount of people you are supposed to service everyday. Service means taking care of the people, not treating them like they should be serving you. What has happened to this store? I miss the manager here from years ago that cared about the store, kept it working properly and clean. A long time customer and I for one won’t be back. Take this as you will or with a grain of salt but seriously. Consider the possibility of you having a problem at the store and being told there is nothing they can do for you, or blaming you for the outcome. Such a shame!

Okay. When in Florida we try to go to them over others if we can. They seem a little cleaner and better organized than others. More consistent.
