Today we went to this place because of a recommendation from Auto Zone.
This was an amazing experience.
My husband was treated great, they fixed our air conditioning the same day and when we received bill, it was an incredible gift to us very fair and MUCH less than others places.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Vaughn for over five years now, having been referred to him through word of mouth. Vaughn's integrity and expertise as a mechanic, coupled with his strong Christian values, make him a rare find in today's world. He consistently provides fair pricing and top-notch service, ensuring that we leave his garage satisfied every time. Despite his busy schedule, Vaughn and his team always go above and beyond to accommodate us. We'll continue to support Vaughn for as long as possible, and I urge others to do the same. (P.S. Found out about this place through my mother-in-law (she actually introduced me to my wife, so I do respect her opinion! LOL!) she bragged on Vaughn and crew for going beyond expectation and that their prices were beyond fair so when I needed tires, I went right there. Though they didn’t have the size I needed, I expressed some other concerns I had about my van and Vaughn assured me they could help me out. He advised me to get the tires where I could and come back and he’d take care of the rest (other auto repair garages in the past misdiagnosed and/or wouldn’t even attempt a repair, so I was losing hope. )
I returned the next day having found the tires at another local garage, so I was ready and eager to see if they could fix my long-standing suspension and alignment issues. They asked me some questions and went to the van. Came back out and confirmed where I saw wear to the tires and asked if the steering wheel was running straight or if I had to pull the steering wheel off center. I confirmed both, and he returned to the bay and got back to work.
After about :45 to an hour from the time we pulled in, they had the problem I had for 4 years fixed! I and my wife received the absolute BEST service from Quality, and absolutely the best price! I know because I had looked into this for a while. They won over a new customer that day with multiple examples of honestly where they could have preyed on my ignorance, and instead put my mind at ease stating I didn’t need additional work and that I would be safe with what they did and not to worry!
I’m very glad to have been told about these guys! I’d go back to Vaughn and crew ANYTIME and would recommend them highly to anyone that was looking for an honest auto garage!
PS: the van runs tighter and straighter than it has in years and it is a much quieter ride! Love these guys! Above and Beyond service!!!

I had been going here for years. Not anymore. I don't know what is going on with this business but charging $60 for an oil change has now lost my business.
