Living with diabetes, it is a necessity that I have my medical supplies with me at all times and have back-ups for any emergencies. Since my insurance policy has changed, I now receive my DME supplies through My DME Doc. Since the very beginning, I've had nothing but issues with this company. I do not receive any notifications/reminders that my refill is due and do not even get a call/notification that I am passed due for a refill.I called today at 10am to place the order for my supplies, since I am down to my last one. When I spoke to the representative this morning, she had informed me that I would be receiving a call from the "correct department" in regards to placing my order. I was a bit confused since I had never had to wait for a callback from My DME Doc to place an order. So I waited and waited, till 3pm came around and still no call. So I called again & spoke with another representative by the name of Sofia. Sofia had informed me that she will have this escalated to a higher up and that I will receive a call before end of day. Mind you, their office says they close at 6pm. Do you think I ever received that call? No. I am extremely unsatisfied with their customer service and lack of communication within the company. I should not have to be chasing down the ones who are responsible for my medical needs. This will be the last time I get supplies from this company and will not recommend them for anyone.

If you plan to get supplies from here. Don’t! They are horrible. Waited over a month and still no Dexcom. They don’t follow up. They ask for pre authorization. Wait wait wait. Call and they tell you to call your insurance company to get an authorization number. I did that and then they have to call to confirm. Why am I doing your job? Why don’t you do it and follow up with your patient. Horrible customer service!

I hope that whatever executives are in charge of my cme doc appreciate what a superior employee they have in Brian.When we first moved near the Spanish Springs Town Square in the heart of The Villages, Lady Lake Florida I learned that my cme doc was a headquarters for the Zinger EV power chair.Since that time Brian has been there all those years to keep my Zinger rolling. He has always greeted me with friendliness, good will, confidence and competence. Often going above and beyond the call of duty showing me that he really cared about my experience as an old, disabled, chronically pain ridden resident.Unless you have been struck with one of these constant intermittent pain conditions, it is almost impossible to appreciate how radically it affects every nuance of your quality of life. Often having the right equipment at the right time the right way makes all the difference in daily living itself.I have dealt with mobility shops who considered my circumstances just one more commercial transaction and nothing more. If my situation was agonizing, that was just my problem, not theirs. In fact there is one such establishment in about the same radius from my home as my cme doc. They could not have cared less.Brian was recently promoted up and out of town. Much to my loss, Even then, when I looked him up and told him that the Zinger looked like it was on its last legs, Brian helped me make the decision to put my old friend out to pasture and buy a new Zoomer [which would fit my needs much better]. He even husbanded me through to his old job replacement, Dennis, who equally turned out to extend himself, giving me extra thoughtful and considerate attention and treatment.If you are tortured with the ever present agony of aching bones and joints, knee and hip replacements, or whatever curses come inevitably to visit many of us with increased years.... I say, do yourself a favor and stop in at my cme doc. It may not be possible to give you a magic cure, but at least they'll "fix you right up", and best of all, greet you with a warm, friendly and caring attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would.It has been 4 weeks since I have started the process to try and get my essential supplies for my health condition. I have left 4 voicemails with no call back. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have confirmed with fax receipt and duplicate emails ensuring that they have the necessary materials to provide me my supplies. If I wasn’t forced to use this company by my insurance I would go anywhere else. This company treats my life and death critical medical supplies like it is nonessential and unimportant. What do I have to do to get my supplies?

This business has no accountability for their mistakes. To contact customer service, you have to send an email or leave a message for them to return the call, even if you are totally out of supplies and no shipment as arrived. I am going to find another company.

This company is very difficult to deal with period they will not honor a 3 month subscription for diabetic sensors. When medicare said they will honor 3 months period they kept sending sensors to me. When my endocrinologist had changed me to a more reputable company, and they kept billink period they asked me to send back. A month's worth of sensors and I did. I actually brought them in in person. And they would not honor the refund because they said it was the wrong date period keep in mind. It was not out of date period period the person I dealt with a few times on the phone even on a 3 way call with medicare, her name was Jennifer and she was extremely rude. Period my endocrinologist entire practice said they are no longer using them because they've had nothing but trouble with them. I say stay away, there's plenty of other companies to use.

Having used this company for several years for my Mom, I have seen some positive changes. Customer service provided by the office staff is very good. Our calls are handled timely and professionally. I have to give a BIG shout out to Conrad though. He is extremely personable and helpful in every way. Delivers my Mom's oxygen timely and goes above and beyond to help us out. He always asks for my Mom by name and that is very much appreciated. I'm very happy that Conrad is on our case!

This is the best company when it comes to your oxygen needs. My daughter is 10 and they worked with us to make sure she had exactly what she needed. The sales rep Brian has a heart of gold. 10 out of recommendation.

I want to thank MyDME for facilitating my dad being home for Christmas. Each time we called the phone was answered by a person and they could track our history of calls while waiting for doctor orders. The orders were finally sent on December 23rd after the delivery person had left with the day's deliveries. They found a way to add our order to the day. Then the man who delivered the equipment, Conrad, was so helpful and professional. He was efficient and skilled at the assembly, describing the equipment as he went. He made sure that I understood how to operate everything. He was also so pleasant after what I suspect was a longer day than he had planned that morning. After a month of frustrations with medical bureaucracy, MyDME and Conrad were a welcome experience of professionalism and responsiveness.
