I had stopped in earlier to verify that this procedure could move forward, and the receptionist was smiling and nice, despite the fact that I was rolling in all sweaty from a bike ride. All showered up I returned later, and Amy did a great job getting this resolved in a timely manner. Good sized place, not cramped, and an upbeat atmosphere as opposed to cringing when folks walk in the door.”

“This is probably more of a complaint against Progressive Insurance rather than against Villages Insurance. However, even after bundling my Home, Car, Motorcycle and Golf Carts with Progressive all my coverages went up 50% with no claims. Consequently I now don't believe you have much of savings when you bundle if any. This is the sacrifices you must endure if you live in Florida I suppose. Again no complaint Village Insurance just very disappointed.”
