Ive been using O'Brien's services for years! He helped file 5 years worth of back taxes for me and since then he has gotten me the very best tax returns since! Worth every penny, super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Mr O’Brien did my 2018 taxes and completely messed me up big time with the IRS. To date the return is still wrong. I was given my money back but that’s not what I needed from him. I called and left messages to speak with one of the Hartmans about my issue. No one had the courtesy or professionalism to call me back. Now I have IRS issues with penalties. I plan on reporting this accounting firm to the appropriate disciplinary board. Please think twice before you go here. Not only did Mr O’Brien give me my fee back but gave me extra monies so as not to report him. I wasn’t going to but when I received another IRS letter the other day I decided to move forward with my formal complaint. Please please don’t use them or at least not Mr O’Brien. Antoinette Riebling

I went to this firm to get my taxes done for 2018. Mr O’Brien was the CPA who prepared my taxes. To date I have been trying to fix the mess he made for me with the IRS. Mr O’Brien gave me my money back and extra so as not to report him. I tried to reach out to one of the Hartmans but no one ever returned my call. Please please do not use this firm. At least stay clear of Mr O’Brien. Go somewhere else. Even H&R Block would have been a better choice. Please take this review seriously as I do not want anyone to be put in the position I am in now.
