They were fast and made moving so much easier they were very nice and very careful with our furniture. Pricing was fair I will definitely be contacting them again when we move. 10/10 recommend.

This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They are dishonorable and should be closed down. I unfortunately used them on Monday August 31, 2020. I was sent two males,brought in 2 dollies and left them in the apartment they proceeded to lift one box at a time and not use the elevator in the building. I was milked never used any boxes or wrapping including on glass table tops. The apt. was 765 sq. ft. a one bedroom. A curio cabinet, satee, queen bed, coffee table, 2 side chairs (no kitchen items because it was an independent living establishment) One closet of clothes they threw on a dolly not theirs! the buildings as the clothes dragged on the ground. An embellished jewelry amoire they left out in the rain. Covered in tapestry and tassels by an artist. I believe there were about 10 totes. This took them 3 hours to load. Upon arrival at the new location they demanded full payment with an estimate completion time to be paid upfront. They finished 45 before the estimate time and I have yet to receive a credit! They broke a vase for $300 and a lamp $34.99. I have yet to hear from the the office employee who was rude and shrewd Theresa. Please, please take my advice and do not go near this company, they are crooks. I am a very easy going person and pride myself with honesty and high integrity. I wouldn't have written this if it wasn't true.

The guys were right on time and went out of their way to get my job done in the shortest amount if time. They had to do a lot of organizing to fit my items into a storage facility, which I greatly appreciated!

This company is unreliable!!! They canceled our move at the last minute and left us stranded! I would not waste my time or money with these people! I will be posting this on every TV page and the internet!!! You should be ashamed of treating people this way! I hope you business suffers the way you have made my family suffer!!!

Florida Family Movers did a great job on our move. Our closing date changed and they were able to fit us in (where our original movers couldn't accommodate our new closing date) They showed up on time and were friendly and so helpful. Ask for Corey he is a pleasing to that company-will definitely recommend them for any of your moving needs. This company explained everything upfront so there were no surprises and they were a little cheaper than our original movers. Thanks Again for the wonderful service.

Well I joined the list of screwed people by family movers. I just received call stating they want to reschedule loading of my 22 foot Penske truck. Wow. What nerve. The truck is in the driveway and now I'm screwed. They call at noon to tell me they can't make 1-3 appointment. I made this appointment weeks ago. You mean you have no one else to come . Your two men got stuck longer ? If you want reliable people to help you move. YOU DONT WANT FAMILY MOVERS.

READ THE REVIEWS before booking. The movers never showed up. After repeatedly calling, they said an employee walked off the job. I was left with no help on a holiday weekend.

CAUTION! We arrived with our uhaul and waited for an hour before finally getting a call. They said one of the guys walked off the job so they wouldn't be able to fulfill their obligation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They cancelled the day we were to move. Never called us to tell us. Had movers scheduled between 7-7:30 AM and with no word from them, I continued to call their office until someone answered. The woman stated to me that both of their trucks are down and just states to be when I explain how angry I am, "I'm sorry you feel that way, it's not my fault!" Well I hate to tell you, but it is your fault. If your trucks are not working, someone should have called us to explain the situation and try to come up with some sort of solution. Do your research, and find another company, this one is not dependable!!!

I hate reviews cause every business has a bad day- but these guys did not have a bad day, they purposely over booked and left me high and dry. I called and shared it took 3 and 1/2 trucks to get me into my rental and it would take me 4 trucks to get me into my new home. I shared I have a disabled Vet (my father in law who can not help) as I'm moving my inlaws into my home. I was told no problem I would have a Truck on Fri at 9a and 2 trucks on Sat so this would get done. Fri at 1p the truck shows up- I was told there was an elderly man that had to move to a nursing facility that day- emergency move. We have you covered we will work until it is done. Sat comes- I only see 1 truck, told the other truck will come at noon, then the other truck the move they got assigned in the morning was big and they are not coming. My move is 30 min from one home to the other with 2 guys it takes 4 hours to load a truck- 30m drive there- 30 min break for food and water and 4 hour unload- used up all the time- there is a 10 hour limit So now I'm stuck on a Sat with half my home moved- having to be out by 12:30p on Mon the 30th and almost no one works Sun. Their answer- we will try to get you a truck Try- you overbooked and flat out told me an untruth 2 times, and did not book a 3 man crew for this job which was needed. I'm not cheap- I planned to spend $3k or so on the move. I ended up renting a 20ft Uhaul calling a company happy moving to rent 3 bodies from and making 3 runs with that truck and my pickup until 11:15p on Sun. Spent about the same as their 2 person crew and truck for 10 hours. And they showed up. Family Movers does not treat you like Family unless your Family hated you and ignores you. From One Vet to any others who read this- do not use them - they left a 20 year disabled Navy Vet without what we needed. It was shameful and uncalled for.
