“I had bad experience last year with a former H&R Block who went out on their own. Have dealt in a number of real estate transactions I wanted to have someone with experience do my taxes, unfortunately I picked the wrong person. The IRS actually informed me that I over paid (a lot). Needless to say I changed it up and Shannon Langhardt at "Your Villages CPA" did an excellent job this year, exceeded my expectation, provided excellent service resulting in an nice refund when I actually expected to pay in. I'm retaining her services to conduct a review of past tax preparations for potential additional overpayments. I highly recommend Shannon as she has excellent credentials, education, background and experience. She took her time, explained everything to me (even though I really don't like learning about taxes) and was very professional. My tax package at conclusion was neatly organized and easy to follow and filed electronically.”
