“So my laptop died and so I was searching for a place to fix it. I found this place and Justin carefully explained the possible issues and how he would proceed. Long story short he is working on it, looks like I will be able to recover my data from the old puter and have it on the new one. BUT What really impressed me is the commitment he has to the local community. He is very dedicated to his customers. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He even does hospital visits to assist them with keeping in touch with their family. I will definitely keep coming back to him!”

“Michael did an outstanding job repairing our stove. However, GE's communicative skills are lacking. Michael came out on Tues., diagnosed the problem with our Samsung stove and ordered a needed part. We received an email on Friday informing us that our stove would be fixed on Sat. as the part they ordered had come in to our house on Thurs. We waited patiently. Late Sat. we were able to get confirmation that our seervice appointment was rescheduled to this Tues. No notice given causing us a wasted day waiting for a service tech.”
