Horrible service in the pharmacy. My daughter was removed from Medicaid this year and put on family planning services instead, so that means that she can get family planning services and different types of birth control covered. They’ve made her pay for her prescription every month now, even after bringing them her new card. They just looked at the card and said this tells us nothing. Why don’t you use your computer to input the info and see what comes up instead of just denying her right there on the spot? Lying, cheating, lazy people. You disgust me.Unfortunately, this is the only place around here that accepts Medicaid for prescriptions, but we will find another location to deal with from now on ?

I pay for the membership and I bought $4 worth of a $10 credit. Next purchase it would not give me the remaining $6. To bad I was told must spend $10 at one purchase.

Honestly this store has the rudest employees. They treat everyone who enters their doors like they are toddlers.
Yesterday an employee assumed I was a Alcoholic. I was purchasing Benadryl for my allergies. She went on a rant about Benadryl can make children drunk and than told me it will effect the liver and kill me. Wait! then I must be a zombie. My allergist prescribed Benadryl to me at the age 7 and I am now 64. And I don't drink. So unless she is a doctor with a degree where does she get off saying something like this to me. She works the registers and register only. Also not all of us are Villages so stop treating us like we are old and cranky.
We don't use the pharmacy for the same reason. Rude and try to act like they know everything. The first week in this area they gave me someone else pills with my name on it that could thank goodness i know my medicine well. When I brought them back the girl was so rude telling me I shouldn't have left with them. WT!
Really people where do you hire these people?

Kenneth, was fabulous, he has great customer service skills,listened to my every word,and gave me the knowledge on how to take care of my situation, and how to follow up if necessary.

Pharmacy only- There was confusion around GoodRX and prices for my Prescriptions, but the issue was the customer service. No one was explaining the issue to me. Everyone looked miserable as they do all the time. They even spoke to each other rudely. I don't know if they need more staff, or if there are other issues at play but their attitude toward patients need improvement.
If there's a price variation and I need to contact my insurance or otherwise, say that, instead of just saying "this is the price idk what you want me to do." There is 0 desire to actually help people at this pharmacy.

Have used this store many times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have asked the pharmacy a few times for help find something and they take the time to show you where it is located. The front register employees are very personable and helpful.

First off, location is bad. I know that’s not the employees fault but it’s located on the corner of the busiest intersection of the villages, hard to get in and out of. I filled a prescription yesterday and the gentleman behind the pickup desk was pretty cordial upon the first interaction we had. I told him I was picking up a medication and mentioned I had a GoodRX coupon (I don’t have health insurance and every dollar saved means a lot); so he rings up my prescription and I present the coupon to him, and he tells me we have to move to another P.O.S to do a refund/rebill… At this point there were 5 people in line behind me, so I opted out of doing all that for a whole $3 off, but I wanted to mention that he had his phone on and open and was scrolling through social media or something when I first approached him at the counter. I don’t think that’s very professional, especially working in the pharmacy with peoples medications. Otherwise, the process was quick and painless, but it would’ve been nice if employees actively listened to the customers, especially considering most of us are on fixed incomes or low incomes. Just a thought. :/

The pharmacy here is terrible they tell you one thing and then do another. Turn the pick up the stuff to dinner. Set me yesterday 2:00 after he told me to go pick it up. They still didn't have it ready. Lady, tell me that it would be expedited and ready by the end of the day and they would call me. No one called me came out the following morning to pick it up, still not ready.Lady said it's gonna take another twenty minutes just doesn't make sense to me.

Do not go here, they will overcharge you for everything. I used to go to the Windixi pharmacy and my medication cost under $6. That pharmacy has closed and the refill was transferred to this CVS. The exact same medication now cost $21 to refill, and that's after they "applied their discount".
