I went to exchange two shirts for a different size. They didn’t have them so they had to order them for me.
The lady there made a mistake with one of them and called back the following day and asked them to please fixed. They told me to bring the shirt after I get it and just hanged up on me. Awful customer service

We were at Chicos in July my husband came into the store and a employee said“We have chairs for husbands. “ a second snooty employee said “No we don’t.”My husband is tall , dark, handsome and well dressed. He is African- American the possible problem? My husband left I should have as well. I was totally ignored as I stood at the register for five minutes. There was only one other person shopping. As I walked toward the cash register the snotty employee walked away and began looking like she was busy arranging blouses. I finally asked if someone was working at the checkout. The other employee checked me out . She seemed cordial enough but intimated by her co-worker.We shop very frequently and will not return to The Villages Chicos.

I was a bit disappointed because I love Chico's, and I did buy a nice top, but most of the clothes were black and dark colors and not at all summery. Not what I was looking for.

This is the only Chicos I've ever been in where I was not acknowledged once by any employee. I walked around the store (in my Chicos outfit), for probably 5 minutes. Sure, they were busy folding clothes but it doesn't take any time to say "Hello, welcome to Chicos". I left and went next door to Soft Surroundings to spend my money.EDIT: I called the number Chico's gave me in their reply, but it was a corporate phone menu and I was never able to find a real person to pick up the phone. Sigh.
