Fat chance on reaching anyone by phone. I keep getting routed to different states where the reps have no idea how to set me up with an appointment at the Lady Lake office. I've spent hours on hold trying to get an appointment. I transferred from Vanguard because they don't have offices. Schwab offices don't matter if you can't get an appointment. Time to pull the plug and go back to Vanguard. Sad.

Terrible investment company, i've been trying for a month to get my tax liability for 2023 so I can prepare for my tax burden, and everyone I talk to there is clueless. They tell me I have to wait till 2024 to find out and possibly get hit with a huge tax bill I'm not prepared for, this is definitely not financial management.

I have been with Schwab since 1970. I traded through them on the 1987 crash. All these years I have been very happy and trusting of their service..Until NOW...Just talked to Lucas in Dallas. He removed the silly restrictions from my account. okay Schwab... we are good again.

Outstanding service. The lady at the front desk (Robin?) when you walk in really knows the business and can help you out with all of your operational needs! Not the financial planning side, but the important items like getting paperwork sent to through the proper channels to get and keep your accounts running smooth! Always look forward to going in Charles Schwab!
