Replaced 4 batteries on 2 separate service calls while under warranty and could not find why batteries were bad and going bad under the warranty. After warranty expired the cart needed another battery replaced. That was number 5. Cart World charged me for a new battery because warranty expired. Cart World never fixed the problem while under warranty, but was quick to charge me for a battery and they could not find what was draing them while under warranty....called corporate..same verbal trap with no answer to what ever caused problems in first place.

I went to look for a new cart. I talked to owner Bill, a couple days earlier and told him what I wanted. When I got there he had a cart built with my specs. This was something I didn't expect. This way I was able to look at a cart and others. Recommend

I needed a battery for my Club Car , called Cart World and talked to Tanya and they were there the next day , very easy , i was working while they were working on the cart . Very reasonable prices also , even been chatting with the president of the co . I was using another dealer closer to me however the service just wasnt there . Its like they didnt care . Their loss and Cart World Golf Cars gained . Looking toward to doing business their again . Thank You

I bought a 2024 Club Car. I'm over the moon happy
with my car. Everyone there has been so nice to walk me through from picking colors and accessories.All my questions were answered. The staff are all nice. If you are interested in a golf cart this is the place to be.

We really enjoyed using the golf cart. Our dog, Tre, also had fun. In fact, we are sure he's going to be looking for the golf cart when we get back home. We're in trouble. Lol

just bought a new cart after doing alot of research so stopped in there alot of times with questions. Checked out other local places to buy. Some alot more expensive, others with bad reviews. SO glad we picked out this place. Been here for a long time, very reasonable and no normal sales tricks.Definitely recommend this place.

I have bought two golf carts from Cart World and we are extremely happy. We had the seats upgraded. They ordered the seats and about a month later they had the seats in, called me to make an appointment to install the seats, and they were very prompt. I recommend them all the time. I have the gas engine and travel from the north side of the Villages to the Everglades Rec center to play softball. I love the 22 mile ride on my Club Cart. My cart was backfiring when I would start up, but now I put in Mid-Grade gas and I don't have that problem anymore.

Another business that cares less that you are there. Dropped off by someone who didn't have a clue about the paperwork and didn't even attempt to go over anything on the cart. Good thing I'm not new to this.

I called in, was told owner was on vacation. Receptionist extremely rude, wouldn't give email address for correspondence, hung up on me.
