This store was kind of dark, definitely gloomy and dirty and it was hotter than an oven. The lady at the desk said she had some kind of cold so she turned the air conditioning off and she was wearing a hoodie. But this is Florida and it's actually 93 degrees outside at this very moment. I don't want to shop for a phone inside a store that's hotter than being outside. When we told her we were too hot she just said "oh, well I have a cold so yea." There was little to no conversation with the associate in regards to pricing or what deals there may be or anything. Very strange transaction. I left my husband in there to deal with it and I went to sit in my car with the air conditioning pumping on full blast.

The sell person was not HEARING ME when I told her my brother's phone was dead, keep saying just dial 611. They must not have heard me we will be changing carriers.

I had to return a phone I bought less than 48 hours after I purchased it, because they couldn't figure out how to fix the problem I had. My refund was $110 less than I paid. Go somewhere else!

Have been a customer of Boost for years! ? And long before Sprint was purchased by T-Mobile, the plans were budget-friendly, the phones were solid, the reception was a little spotty in the rural areas, and our last 4G ?phones lasted almost 4 years!!! But they were finally dying. ? We decided it was time for New Phones! ? Thank you T-Mobile for the much-improved signal, and now with 5G, we have NO DEAD SPOTS! ? The audio is Incredible! The Motorola 5G phones are a Great Upgrade from our old LG 4G. And the Talk, Text and Data Plans and Perks have only gotten Better!!! We Love Boost and Highly Recommend Them! ?
