Very comparable to Sam's Club and others. Went on Saturday with church friends, and I encountered a line to get gas with prices on 1/13/2024 at $2.77.The Lady Lake store was very clean and had lots to offer with wide aisles, without the rushed atmosphere you get at Walmart with everyone seemingly on top of you.

i love bj's wholesale club...that being said, i have no love for the tire shop employees...namely jorge. he is rude & dismissive. we have never been treated so badly before and after spending $1000 dollars. my other car is up next for tires...wont be from here!

I think it's a good place to get good food and prices. It has a very good deli and bakery. They also have coupons and an app.

I placed 2 orders, I drove 24 miles to pick up my orders and they only brought 1 order out. Now I have to drive 24 miles again to pick up the other order!!!

shopping at BJ's is so frustrating because whenever you placed an order, they always cancel your order or they're out of stock for of many items. For example, like simple white bread the Arnold brand they have it in the store but when you place an order online, there is an option to add it to your cart, I called the store manager and complain about it for the past several months and nothing has not been done BJ's in Lady Lake Florida. The worst store ever very disappointed. There goes my $110 membership.

BJ's has changed to Capital One who can't seem to keep track of cards they have issued. Also, BJ's showed a nice quantity of points in January but by March the points had disappeared. Not used by me but just gone.Calling BJ's or Capital One is an exercise in total frustration. Canceled my membership.

If you order glasses be prepared to wait. It's been 3 weeks. I started calling about them a week ago and after three calls just today some actually answered,.... and told me that they have been shipped!Ain't that precious, it's been shipped.

I just moved to The Villages on Tuesday and already shopped here twice. Each time I found the store to be extremely clean and well stocked. The prices are better for organic items than most other stores and the customer service is EXCELLENT! I love using their App to clip coupons before I shop and the price of gas is $.10 less per gallon when you use their credit card. I could go on and on but will end by saying it's soooo much nicer than the one I go to in Connecticut and I'm VERY impressed!

If you want items in bulk, at lower prices, this is a spot to hit. The locals in there shopping are a sight to behold.The staff is extremely courteous.
