Got my hue bridge to replace my old one! Great choices. I've been shopping at Best buy for years! Thanks for having what I needed. The hue sync setup in action. Definitely a great addition to any home theater setup.

Went to Best Buy to purchase a new mobile phone. The pricing was comparable to other vendors, retail outlets. It was over the Memorial Day holiday weekend so pricing was a bit more reasonable. I decided not to purchase the new phone just yet, because the one I currently have is still very much functional. There was a greeter that helped me the day I was going to purchase. He was extremely helpful in looking up the exact phone that wanted and made sure that they had it in stock. All in all a good place to purchase electronic products.

Update...see "owner" response below. I appreciate his response, but the Thiefs still owe me $336 for an item they charged me for, but can't provide. Many hours latter. Crooks
Did an online order of 3 items, all showing in stock. An hour latter, I get an email saying one of the items is not available. I went to the store to pick up the other two items, and get the 3rd item in an available color. They REFUSED, saying I would've to buy the item, and wait 7 days (5Jun) for a refund on the original item....the one they did not have. The manager of the day, Paul, proceeded to make up stories why that was the best they would do. He was condescending, and unable to understand when I turned one of his lies back on him. To say he was dishonest and worthless is an understatement. I had them cancel and refund the two items they actually had. Paul refused to cancel the one item they did not even have, saying his system does not allow it. You sell something you don't have, then refuse to refund when you can't deliver the item you sold.....seems like FRAUD! I've been a Best Buy fan for a long time, as was sad they were struggling financially. Clearly understand it now, they are simply not honest. Buy from Amazon as I did, or another reputable vendor. Guess I will have to dispute the
fraud on my credit card since they would not refund an item they don't have.....

This was the worst experience I've ever had?⚠️, the worst customer service and at the slowest possible pace! When I got my package that I ordered it didn't even come with the power cord. when I went to take it back to return it I had to go through a song and a dance. I finally got them to take it back after an hour of going back and forth. Truly Best buy sucks compared to Walmart! Walmart has way faster service way nicer people and a way better return.... And the best part is when I order something from Walmart it comes with the power cord! ?

UPDATE:
After speaking with "geek squad" on the phone we went to the store a few days later as it is kind of far from my home and they closed in 10 minutes on Father's Day to be able to return/exchange it. The girl that we spoke with at the return/exchange counter was VERY rude and unfortunately I did not get her name. We asked to speak to a manager and that is when Paul came out to talk to us. Please let me tell you that Paul is one of the WORST managers/people I have ever met. We were not able to exchange it for an opened laptop as the sale was one day and that was Father's Day and he refused to even have a conversation about exchanging them. Dad said ok go ahead and reset the computer then, but with LOTS of reservations. Paul informed us that it would be 2-3 hours (which I was never told on the phone along with MANY other things that I asked/talked about with them). We left the laptop and came back 3 hours later. My folks asked to speak to a manager and the same rude girl from earlier was even worse this time around. She said that there were several managers on duty and went and got Paul. When Paul came out her rolled his eyes at my folks and was once again very rude and would not let my mom voice her concerns about the reset laptop and how the situation was handled. Paul said that he was the only manager available and that my folks would just have to deal with him. Paul actually rolled his eyes at them, turned around while shaking his head, flipped the plastic meat locker divider and went to the back again. Upon leaving we asked another associate if there was in fact another manager there and were told that there was. They were to frustrated and upset to wait for him as mom was very shaken up about the whole situation and how they were treated.
I will say that the geek squad employee that brought me the laptop was very nice while I tested the laptop and asked her questions.
Looks like we will be looking elsewhere in the future to buy our next electronics. I would give it zero star rating but that's not an option.

So majority of the people we very helpful. We were looking at laptops and the differences between the many brands and what would suit our needs best. We got an open box laptop for my dad that I was assured that geek squad had factory reset the computer and we were good to go. Later that night, as I'm helping him set it up, it is, in fact, NOT reset and now has to take it back the next day due to the store being closed. I was told we had to make an appointment with geek squad to be seen.
