“I think they're becoming complacent here. The detail team was not firing on all cylinders. This was a cloudy day and very few people. I thought I would get better service because there was nobody behind me. Some were good, some were lazy. They left a lot of water spots and uncleaned dirt spots. They need more competition in our neighborhood.”
