The key counter was grumpy. The guy never cracked a smile and seemed annoyed because I interrupted his conversation about a spicy chicken sandwich. I needed a deadbolt rekeyed, but I didn't have the original key, and there was something blocking any key from going in. This guy just shut me down and was not interested because the other guy that does rekeying was at lunch. So, I went down the street to Affordable Lock (441 and Griffin View), and they resolved it in a snap and with a smile. I would've given 1 star, but usually it's okay there like 3 stars.
