Mostly shop there for books I'll give the books section a 4, people in Labelle don't have that much fashion sense so won't find good clothes so a 2, toys are good ig so a 4, my mom has bought curler irons so the electronic section with hair tools are a 4, for the organization I'll give it a 5, cuz it's really organized, the staff I don't really know cuz I don't talk to them, in clean wise it's not dirty at all so I'll give that a 5, so overall I'll rate it a 4

I've debated posting this review, but multiple times now when I've visited this location Amy Butcher the shift supervisor has been very drunk behind the register in the evening. I'm talking I can smell the alcohol, she's slurring badly, and struggling to ring up clothes. I will be filing a corporate complaint as well and hopefully someone within the organization can get her help as she's obviously in need of it.

What a shame that my wife went to their store today for their 1/2 off all donated items and shopped so long, she had to take breaks. In her normal shopping fashion, she cleaned up the store (placing clothes back on hangers and rehanging clothes that had fallen). She made two purchases totaling between $400-500 due to her illness she has lost a ton of weight and needed new clothes. She also purchased several hats because she has lost her hair and while most of the employees were very helpful, she came to the end of her over 5 hours in the store and could not find the mate to a pair of leather flip flops that another employee had helped her look for and that particular employee nor my wife knew about these green bins in the middle of an aisle, which must have just been brought out or my wife would have noticed because it had shoes in it and ANYTHING to do with shoes my wife would NOT miss. Anyhow, as the helpful employee Camilla (she thinks was her name) was ringing up her second very large purchase and my wife NOT wanting to hold up the line which had about 4-5 people behind her especially since there was only one register open she asked if she could leave her number in case the mate to the flip flop were to show up and another employee said her manager would not let her do that; since my wife finds it difficult to let such injustices just go by without saying something, she asked to speak to the manager who was in her office. The manager, Amy Butcher, stated that she would not have time to do which was requested and my wife proceeded to tell her it is just a simple courtesy call and she could return within 5 minutes of the call due to us living so close. When the manager was unwilling to do anything other than put the mated shoes together should they be found, my wife said, “ you know what NEVERMIND!” and put the flip flop down on a shelf. The only reason my wife left with that being the end was purely due to her being out of energy and still needing to go get groceries. We would have let this issue go but with the amount of time and money spent in their store you would think the manager would be more helpful because the employees were certainly willing to make the call.Come on, this is NOT in the spirit of the town of Labelle where everyone is typically so helpful and kind!

Wonderful staff--always greet us. Fair prices. Item selection is adequate but would like more towels & sheets; Labelle is growing so more would be helpful to us. Nice clean place & well organized.

It's ok. It's goodwill. Stopped in while I was in town. Most of these stores are a hit or miss really on items

Goodwill was founded in 1902 by Boston Minister, Reverend Edgar J. Helms. He took donations from wealthy Bostonians and hired people who were poor and who could fix the items. The items were then given to the people who worked on them or were resold. Goodwill's philosophy is "a hand up, not a hand out". Today Goodwill has become a $5 billion nonprofit organization that provides job training, employment, and community programs for people who have disabilities that might prevent them from getting a job on their own. This Goodwill store is located in LaBelle. There are different extra discount days posted on the outside window. Inside the store are two rooms of used and new clothes, household goods, accessories, toys, art, and misc. I always like checking out the bric-a-brac. There were a number of new items here including inexpensive 2 for $1 party supplies, sheets, candles, and clothing and accessories. This store has a tiny furniture section but they sell new mattresses. There is a community outreach center right in the store. It is nice to know that this store is providing jobs and that the money raised here is helping the community.
