Buyer beware, they post online prices to bait and switch. They tried tacking on 3,000 extra dollars for “destination charges” came with cash in hand and a trailer, left frustrated by their tactics. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Although it is the fault of the management, the sales guy was nice and professional but it was out of his hands.

My experience with this dealership was amazing. My experience started a Destination Motorsports in Punta Gorda where I nearly got arrested because I called them out on a lie. I was trespassed and made to leave the dealership. There is a lot to the story but let me compliment McGibbons on their outstanding customer service. This place is the bomb! They know their product and they saved me nearly $3000.00 dollars compared to Destination. They even brought the vehicle I wanted from their other dealership immediately upon my request. I can't say enough about them. I can only thank them for a great experience.

Best purchase ever. Bobby was so professional. I called in looking for a ranger and he has a used one and gave me out the door numbers right away. I put a deposit down and picked up 4 days later. Experience was flawless he had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Price of the rig was GREAT!!! Priced under everything else comparable. Thanks again Bobby. Will be referring all my friends and family to you.

McKibben Power Sports Lifetime Battery Warranty "DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE."
I purchased a Honda Forman 520 4x4 from McKibben Power Sports of Lake Placid back in February of 2022. To date, the machine is still running like new. I have no complaints about the machine whatsoever.
At the time of purchase, their sales team was quite friendly and informative. The sales representative I dealt with walked me around the dealership and quite literally, introduced me to the entire staff. After introducing me to the staff, I was shown everything they have to offer in regards to parts, accessories and supplies. They went out of their way to ensure that I was going to be happy with my purchase. I was / and currently still am, impressed with their team.
I’ve referred friends and co-workers to McKibben; and if you’re reading this review while deciding where you should go to purchase your next power sports machine… “I’d suggest that you too, give them an opportunity to assist your needs.”
I’d love to give McKibben Power Sports a five-star rating, but there is an issue that has left me with a terrible impression of their additional equipment warranty sales pitch…
I was entirely misled prior to purchasing their lifetime battery replacement warranty. (An additional $200.00) I was reassured that when it came time to replace the cranking battery on my newly purchased machine, all I had to do was bring the worn battery into ANY OF THEIR DEALERSHIPS, and they would replace it for free. Sounded like a great deal to me. After all, the cost of a new battery is around $80.00 . I figured the warranty would pay for itself over the next ten years. Well, it’s been just over two years since I purchased my machine and the original battery now requires replacement. I called McKibben of LaBelle and inquired about bringing in my battery for replacement. I was told that they’re not an authorized Honda dealer and I’d have to travel to Lake Wales in order to utilize the warranty. Additionally, I was told that their battery replacement policy has changed and McKibben now requires the machine to be brought to the dealership for diagnostic testing of not only the battery, but the entire charging system. This diagnostic testing requires the machine to be left at the dealership overnight. “That’s not what was explained to me when I purchased the warranty.”
In order for me to use the warranty I purchased, I would have to load up my machine, drive almost 100 miles to the dealership in Lake Whales, drop-off my machine, and drive the 100 miles back home. Then, return to the dealership a second time to pick up my machine. That’s’ almost 400 miles of travel and two days’ worth of my time. Other than being extremely inconvenient, it’s just not cost effective - considering the fuel required to trailer the machine back and forth to the dealership.
Nevertheless, I’ll call it a lesson learned, and something I will absolutely avoid when making future purchases at McKibben, or any dealership for the matter. Again, they’re a great dealership when it comes to power sports equipment. However, do your homework when it comes to purchasing their lifetime battery warranty. Their sales pitch is quite misleading.
