The store staff and delivery guys are great! Corporate office? The worst. Currently fighting to get two payments back, close to $800, that I was overcharged on my account. The supervisor I spoke with, Lita, should be working in a warehouse and not assisting customers. Attitude and very unapologetic. Listen to the "recorded call for quality assurance" and hear for yourself. Got one payment back, but now having to waste my time to get the second back.

This store had a fantastic selection, had what I wanted in stock. And arranged rapid delivery. The prices were very fair. The sale prices were even better. The staff provided a very friendly and professional environment that made for a very pleasant overall experience.

Bought a mattress set from Badcock in LaBelle, was very happy with the selection and service. Staff was friendly and helpful. We told them we needed the old set taken away. We paid and waited for the delivery. When delivered I discussed with the guy who seemed to be in charge the fact the they were to take the old set. He was visibly not happy, he said we don’t do that so I replied that the salesperson had said she would put a note on the order and they had to be removed. He was not happy and came awful close to calling me a liar, I told him that we had no dumpster to throw them in here. He replied, well if they don’t it’s the only campground that didn’t. I did not appreciate his unprofessional attitude, or the cold shoulder that ensued leaving the rest of the communication to the other guy. This guy should not be interacting with customers or at least he should have some “soft skills” training. His attitude is the sole reason for the one star, everything else was definitely five stars.
