Staff relatively polite. Place is relatively clean except lately when we passed by and you see trash on the ground outside and inside. Compared to my old storage. This place is OK.Owner of this place is not flexible either in terms of giving leeway to current customers who rents there. We have one of the bigger units there since they opened and that same size unit went on sale so in an effort to reduce cost for us, we wanted to go to another unit to get that price but he did not accept that. Instead he will only offer to new customers. So really he would rather lose a current customer to gain a new one. Doesn’t make sense to me.

We went in last minute and got lucky and got a 1st floor storage. Place is super clean . Customer service was amazing. We got to use the van for free lol for a day.I can remember the guy and lady’s name that helped us but they were great!!A+++++ experience!!!!!

Our family highly recommends this storage company!!! We searched and went to several storage places. This place was on the top of the list.Kurt went above and beyond assisting us and making sure we got the right unit. He even assisted us with getting the best discount!!!He was up front and honest about all the fees. No surprises like other places. NO PRESSURE EITHER!!!He took the time to make sure all our questions and concerns were covered.This storage company was the cheapest than the others and the BEST part..... It's AIR CONDITIONED!!! The other places were way more expensive and did not include AC!!!Thank you so much Kurt, You Rock!!! ?

Very Pelite and the transition was smooth from purchasing the storage unit to being able to head right on in and get access to it. Dolly carts are always at entrance doors. Its very clean. Storage units are definitely a good size for any amount of items a person might have. Love the security, cleanliness, and customer service.
