Terrible customer service Need a medication, order it on the app, ensure you have 2 weeks supply. Even then pharmacy techs might help. Attempted to get meds from Drive though, no signs of closure or Covid line. Got barked at because I attempted to pick up meds. Went to see my PCP at 10am, still waiting for meds at 3pm. Is there anything less than 1 star?

Shady a** pharmacy tried to charge us over $100 a piece for a FREE covid test, then had the nerve to be rude about it. Stay away if you are able to.

I just spent 37 minutes in line at the drive thru waiting for a script. If I wasn't handicapped I would go into the store, but that's not any better. Then I had to repeat my name 3 times, birthdate 4 times and address several times. Put someone at the window that KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever even heard of. If you don't speak Spanish forget it and the line to wait for the drive in window is never less than 30 minutes! It is so bad that I filed a formal complaint against one of the pharmacists, they are arrogant, rude, and lack and skill of customer service. Avoid this place at all costs! Driving and extra 20 miles would be worth it!

If you are coming to anything in poinciana be prepared to wait. No matter the time of day they don't have enough employees anywhere and don't care. Never enough employees working to get any assistance. Currently in the store waiting to be helped with photos. And the cosmetic counter has been paging for assistance for at least 15 mins.

Every time that I'm going to pick up my prescription they don't have it ready and I call two days before to give time so the can have it ready.. Also, they give me a partial prescription and when the have it ready didn't text me so I can pick it up and is a medication that I use daily for my chronic medical condition. I am really upset with this pharmacy that I'm going to switch to another one.

Poor customer service at the register, lack of products and poor management. I asked for a manager several times and no manager met with me. I recommend the Walgreens on Pleasant Hill Road In Bellalago.

I got to Walgreens and went through the drive thru only to find a 45 minute wait. Both lanes were full with about 30 cars and the inside was full at the counter with only 1 person to try to run it all. We dropped off the script the night before and was told it would be ready in a short bit but it was never filled till the next day. So after waiting for a couple of hours and 2 trips after being told it was filled then it wasn't, I finally got my meds the next day after my surgery. The other Walgreens on Pleasant Hill by the Publix is so efficient, this one needs to go train there and learn some things. I won't be back till this is fixed. Poor management on staffing.

What a joke. Waited in line 30 min to fill script. Then they said they are out of Antibiotics until tomorrow!!!!!!!

This is the closest Walgreens by my house. We go quite a bit. Always have gotten great a service when needed but Walgreens is more of a walk in (i already know what I want and need) kind of a thing. I have never experienced the drug store being out of something I needed. From having the flu and needing prescriptions to just stopping by for some snacks, Walgreens is always my go to.

I called the pharmacy and the tech attempted to help but couldn't (thank you tech for trying) then I spent 18 minutes on hold with people picking up the phone to say please hold without even asking why I was calling. Then someone hung up and obviously I need something important to have waited that long so I call back to speak to a manager. The manager picks up and accidentally hangs up on me. No one ever answered my question.

The inside of this Walgreens is kept up, the woman at the regular counter is always nice and helpful (5 stars for her) but the pharmacy is a disaster, rather if they have one person working or 10. Whenever I come in here regardless of the time there is always a wait, inside and drive through, day or night. I get call on my phone when my prescription is ready, but when I arrive they have yet to fill it, they people at the pharmacy don't tell me that, but instead I have to wait, watching them rush around to fill it. Organization and punctuation is lacking from the pharmacy. I'd rather drive miles down the road then go to this one.

The pharmacy has the worst service. For a simple one week script it has taken over four hours and counting. The last time I came here they said the script was ready. Then when I got there they said it wasn't ready yet. Then three hours later they told me it wouldn't be till the next day. Unbelievable! How are they still in business? The only reason I used them this time is because my regular Pharmacy has my medicine on backorder. Something must be done about this terrible Pharmacy service.
