My experience with Diego as my realtor was truly one of a kind! From the very beginning, I had a good feeling about him, and I can’t say enough positive things about the quality of care and service he provided throughout my relocation process. Diego was with me every single step of the way, making sure I never felt alone. If “showing up and showing out” were a person, it would be him!
His professionalism is second to none, his ethics are top-notch, and he has the compassion and heart of a true humanitarian. I feel blessed to have been paired with such a wonderful person for this endeavor. Diego was always there, attending every house showing and available at a moment’s notice. I genuinely value the experience and will treasure it for years to come.

Regina Groccia and Wiechert Realtors, Hallmark Properties of Kissimmee did a fantastic job for me. The market research was thorough, advertising was effective and the communication was informative and timely. Regina listed my property at the right price and got it sold quickly. After all closing costs, I netted 37% more than the listing price the competing agent had proposed. I'm very glad I went with Regina and Wiechert Realtors.

I have never been treated like that in my entire life.
After got my application approved, I went to the office to give the down payment and sign the lease. Mary Clevenger didn’t show any interest in explaining to us about pro rated rent, or either in finding a way to solve the questions we had. She was rude, disrespectful and I wonder how she deals with public if she has zero intent to treat tenants with minimum respect!
I’m sure this is not how everyone in Weichert Realtors treats the customers since we were nicely assisted by Realtor Jeffrey Booth. It all gone wrong after Mary Clevenger had to handle us.
Be aware of her disrespect responses when becomes to treating tenants! We felt awful!

Mary Clevenger of Weichert Realtors has been my property manager for my rental property in Kissimmee, Fl for close to 20 years. She's has been on top of things from the onset, providing me peace of mind on my property with good tenants. Weichert has been professional with the operation of managing the property, providing services & repairs when needed, accountabilty of expenses & tax returns documents for year end tax filing. I had recommended Mary for sale of my sister's property in Orlando. The sale of my property was done effortlesly in a timely manner, stress free. I highly recommend WEICHERT.
