The staff was extremely friendly even though they were busy. The lady working on food accommodated to our food preferences by asking us if they should move away from the meat because we don’t eat meat. She was very sweet I believe her name was Bri. The person working on our drinks was also very nice and made my mom a fresh brew of coffee, even though it was later at night.

Rachid rang up our selections and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Didn’t catch the ladies name at the sandwich counter but she was great too. Sandwiches were good!

Sandwiches are not always accurate. Half the time Sandwiches are not toasted when requested and sause is forgotten along with other stuff. Not as good as they use to be.

I purchased a salad and 45 minutes later when I came to pick it up the employee by the name of “MAR” stated that since I left and I was
No where to be found he didn’t make the salad ! (Keeping in mind that when you order a salad you specifically put the items you need added on there if you want to customize the order)
So on my second try I said OK well I’ll be back in 10 minutes and I walked away however when I came back in 10 minutes when I asked about the salary said that he would make it and since I kept leaving he wasn’t gonna make one!
After inquiring about his name, title and expressing that I am Filing a complaint Due to the bad service, His response was
“yeah, “that’s fine do whatever you wanna do “
I have seen bad service because of the tourist area mini tourist don’t complain yet this is the lowest of Customer Service and the rudest that I’ve ever experienced in Central Florida where employee went almost jump over the counter and hit you because you told him you’re filing a complaint against him! !!!
Simply put “ STAY AWAY” !!!!! Very sad to say that this city Customer Service have stooped to the lowest of the low unfortunately in majority of the retail stores and chain restaurants on this area, The city of Kissimmee is becoming more and more the complete opposite of what a tourist city should be when it comes to staffing or service or even public service! What a shame

Bathrooms always closed and can never cash in scratch offs even small $10 wins because they either don't charge the scanner or it's "down" for being in such a high volume area their services are "down" quite often. Florida lottery should pull their permit because they love to sell but hate to pay.

First things first. Wawa is my go to. Secondly I wish Maya was there more. I come almost everyday and I am sad when I don’t see her making drinks. Matter fact when I don’t even get a drink when she’s not there. Was so happy to see her last night cuz the drink was bussin’. Made me write a review lol

One of the worst wawa I’ve been too always consistently 20 mins behind on food and extremely rude customer service never can give a time when you food will be fine even mobile ordered nice remodel of store though
