Would be better experience if wawa actually look at who there putting in a leadership role. My bad experience while I stood in line I seen how, this person treats there employees I was able to see the name tag and said General manager name Amanda not only this lady didn't help there employee with the line to make it go smoothly they also treated another employee with the up most disrespect being disrespect and belittling an employee is unacceptable and unprofessional in front of customers.

I was just there Wednesday 6/12 I got there around 10:40 and there was no coffee the person there an African American lady was on her phone for a while when she noticed I guess I was there she started making drinks or working I ask if there was any coffee ready she said no and continued making other people's drink it took her a long time to make those drinks then she decided to make the coffee well I waited probably 25 minutes or more but sadly I need it to get back to work so I left with out coffee ?

Enjoyed my burrito that I ordered from the app, will shop here again. but felt embarrassed and a little disrespected after Guiyani ignored me after asking the status on my order, i wasnt upset or anything but it was rude to me as a customer.

If ever the district manager wants to get in contact with me, please do so tonight at 12 AM. I walked into this Wawa location. I’m announced to me. I didn’t realize that Eddie was no longer the manager however he was so quick to diffuse a situation that the team leader on duty, Jessica, Escalated so fast. I walked into your establishment to pick up a order that I did on the mobile app and it was an in-store pick up to pay at the cash register. Once I walked in I paid I waited for the food the gentleman who made the food test to me, sir my apologies, but we don’t have, the turkey melt at this time we could only do your egg omelette and I said OK so could we just maybe do a pepperoni or could we do another melt? He says let me check. He goes to the back to check and comes back as unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you. I said OK no problem. How can I get a refund? He says to me let me grab my manager so Miss Jessica the team or maybe manager duty comes out said hello Man The and she’s like how can I help you with only an attitude that if you rewind the cameras and zoom in you can look at the cameras and see how aggravated she looked because she was assisting or maybe being bothered or etc.. Now I said I can take anything it doesn’t matter. It could be a low value or we can get a refund well then you can go to the app and get it yourself. I said excuse me you heard me and I said no excuse me, can you show me how to do that on the app? No, I won’t. You can do it yourself And then she walks away from me and that’s when my frustration began. I screamed out. Oh hell no you’re not gonna do that and stay with my money. You can look at the camera and you can see that looking for Eddie. Again, I did not know he was not in Management at the time and I said him I need you right now please help me. He actually went back-and-forth because the lady Jessica team leader did not want to refund at all. Did not want to refund did not want to get out of the back room at all Till eventually I said hello. I paid this at the register that’s when she came out and even when she came out with her stank attitude, I didn’t know she was doing. I didn’t know the refund was gonna be in cash or put back on the card and when we’re at the register it once again if you zoom in through your cameras, you will see that she’s like you wanna put in your card. I’m gonna excuse me. I knew what the procedure was at the end of the day. It is pathetic. OK that your company has someone like that representing your brand your company unfortunately as large as any multibillion dollar Corporation can get again. I don’t know why Eddie’s not the Manager. I don’t know why maybe he chose not to be or maybe he was demoted I don’t know, but he needs to be in management and that lady Jessica should not be even cleaning your pumps, she’s a disgrace to your brand. She’s a disgrace to your philosophy. She’s a disgrace. To your entire mission statement.

I place a special order on a Hoagie hot Jr main chicken not only I talked to them about how I want it ! They got me waiting for about half hour for something that should take 3 minutes and don't follow my order and gave it me cold ? as I talked to them about why is it cold they're more upset than I was so when you guys go there expect them to be slow ok the service was trash ?️?️?️

Pushed the regular button on gas pump #10, then saw that it was pumping premium! Mgr told me it happens all the time, that the hose hit the premium button. I went back to same pump and tried to recreate what she said. There is no way that hose caused the premium pump to activate! I am calling Florida's regulatory agency, the number is on the pump. TotalnBS from that store manager.

I asked to toast the sandwich and she refused to do it,when I asked in another Wawa stores and they do it for me …. I don’t want a cold sandwich and she said that’s the rules ….Whatttt rules ? I have to eat a cold sandwich then? You guys lost a sale because one of you employees…. Not good ?

Huge Wawas fan, until today. Had the worse customer service experience with Tanisha aka Mrs.T and her manager Dominique. Tanisha had zero customer service skills, and as she rings you up don’t expect a hello or good morning. She won’t make eye contact or say a single word. When i said good morning to her she looked at me, so i repeated myself in case she didn’t hear me, and she rudely responded: “i HEARD you”. When i called to report her to her manager Dominique, she rudely told me i was the one being rude and hung up the phone on me and told me not to come back. Dominique wouldn’t let me tell her my side of the story. No worries as corporate has been contacted, but beware of rude employees such as those two. I would rate my experience 0/5 if i could.
