Came here. I got a protein shake and gas, I go to the pump, and it doesn't work. I go back inside and pay for it again in the same pump. It doesn't work again. I'm told to go to another pump and go back inside to pay again, and guess what? The damn pump doesn't work AGAIN! I go back inside to talk to Jackaline, who introduced herself as the store manager, tells me that "there's nothing i can do, I don't know what to do.... you should go to another gas station"... pretty much just telling me she's useless, I spent almost 50$ in gas, and there's nothing they can do? Can't even turn on the pump and at least give me gas. Now it's 40 minutes of my time wasted and money that I have to wait to go back into my account. Smh. Going to another gas station.

Don't order anything to eat at this Wawa. They suck. Too long to make a turkey hoagie while they are telling stories to each other.

Another Wawa that takes way the sitting area . If you sell food you must have a sitting area don’t take away the seats because others take advantage. You will start to see a decline in customer since we can’t enjoy a hot meal no more we have to buy it and eat at home. So sad

I get my coffee almost daily here. Their ice machines that are linked to soda fountains were out of service so I asked if I can have some ice from the coffee bar section and they refused because it’s only for specialty coffee. Ridiculous policy.

Went in at 1:04 in the morning just now June 24th 2024 ordered food and went to the bathroom and than paid I than stand there for 25 minutes watching 2 couples that came after me get their food before me as I was waiting there the guy working the deli looks at me multiple times and doesn't say anything about what I have in an order because I tried to be respectful and not bother the people making my food and I wait patiently it took me sitting down on the counter waiting for him to finally say something and he got mad at me because I'm upset for waiting for so long all because I said one naughty word I just walked out didn't even get my food it was made the whole time and I didn't even know

Pizza dry and burnt told them to see if they could pull the pizza out earlier then the cook time I guess he did and still was burnt ot doesn't taste like the other wawas I have tasted u believe it's over cooked my kids didn't it and it was the second time

Sometime ago, I used to love this place. The atmosphere was different., Customer service and the staff in general was great but lately everything has been changed dramatically , Customer service is not the same, you constantly see them distracted on their cell phones are talking, not job related things to coworkers etc., and on top of that, I see how they keep increasing the prices dramatically and reducing amount in some other items in the menu !!
For example the burrito bowl it’s like they increase the price every year and know the price is $9.49!!!!! With!!!! a burrito in a plate non-premium quality ingredients
Jesus with that amount of money, I could go to any buffet or buy a decent meal at any regular restaurant !
How to spend here thousands of dollars a year since I am a single man which doesn’t have the time to be spending much time in the kitchen or traveling a different places to get meals and display was very convenient for me since it was pretty close to my house but now I will go l elsewhere , display is turning into a rip off
I would not recommend this place no more .update
Right after I left Wawa I went to a small Mexican place and I ordered a beautiful plate of chicken flautas
Include yellow rice, beans, fresh salad and of course, the chicken flautas with a nice cup of hundred percent natural pineapple juice!!! For the same price that Wawa charging me for the nonsense burrito bowl !

Stay way most dirty Wawa’s I ever seen Susie I know you are not mind reader like you told us 4 grown person that was waiting for coffee you saw us walk 3 times to the back and walk back in with nothing in hand at that point I knew. You was avoiding us all your 3 coffee pots was empty your station was dirty and like you yell at us ( I do Wawa standar brew coffee every 2 hours ) then why all pot was empty.
Please corporate send some employees from this location to Davenport and let Juan give them some training.

Would be better experience if wawa actually look at who there putting in a leadership role. My bad experience while I stood in line I seen how, this person treats there employees I was able to see the name tag and said General manager name Amanda not only this lady didn't help there employee with the line to make it go smoothly they also treated another employee with the up most disrespect being disrespect and belittling an employee is unacceptable and unprofessional in front of customers.

I was just there Wednesday 6/12 I got there around 10:40 and there was no coffee the person there an African American lady was on her phone for a while when she noticed I guess I was there she started making drinks or working I ask if there was any coffee ready she said no and continued making other people's drink it took her a long time to make those drinks then she decided to make the coffee well I waited probably 25 minutes or more but sadly I need it to get back to work so I left with out coffee ?
