I had a horrible experience at another Wawa before coming to this one. It seems the app is having difficulty placing orders but still charges to bank account.
The manager quickly redeemed it for me, and gave me the order I needed.
I really appreciate this considering the horrible experience I had at the other Wawa over the same thing.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a curbside pickup because had a dog in the car with me headed to the park and ordered a smoothie. Had me waiting 20 minutes before I called then was told to hold on and was on hold for another 10minutes. Called back no answer. Then called 5 mins later manager answered like I was the problem when at that point had been waiting on a single smoothie for almost 40 minutes and asked for a refund.
Do not go here you will be waiting horrible amount of time and get attitude for no reason.

Do not buy cafe con leche in this wawa I tried twice at first I thought it was the barista but now I think it's the recipe or the Espresso machine that make the coffee tasted like milk with one teaspoon of coffee. Nothing compare to other wawa.

It was pretty good for an extremely high traffic store their service used to be terrible but they do really good now I'll give him a good three stars all the way around I'm not going to say their names but there's a couple of very good managers and I'm sure they know who they are

Worst customer service ever. Unfortunately, one star is the least you can do, they deserve 0. Employees at the food service awful, specially one who apparently hates life and customer service. If you hate your job look for another one. The manager in the office and doesn't deserves the manager title. Honestly, I don't recommend this Wawa.

This is the worst customer service experienced I ever received there is a black lady I didn’t get her she kindly short little light skin she was wearing a black hat she worked at night I went there for buying some drinks around 8pm she treated me like so poorly I hope honesty waawaa send her back to training cause she doesn’t deserve this job her attitude it’s disgusting and nasty with customer service

Me and My Hubby Came By tonight to get some food after work. I ordered a ham panini with lettuce, pickles, parmesan, and garlic aoli… I didnt get any ham on it and hubby didnt have a couple of the things he asked for in his bowl and we didnt realize till we were home.

Buyer Beware. This Wawa is no longer the safe and welcoming spot it once was. I can’t ever pass by here without my girl telling me how she feels unsafe at this particular Wawa. Crime surrounds the area, with a particular problem of drug activity, I’ve seen all sorts of drug use especially in the back..
During a recent visit, I faced a disturbing situation inside the store. A a deranged and intoxicated man was acting very inappropriately towards my girlfriend. I intervened to protect her, leading to a heated confrontation. Astoundingly, the staff's reaction was one of complete indifference. This went on for about 5 minutes. The checkout clerk ignored the entire episode, and the other customers did nothing to help and were in shock. The self checkout was down(unsurprisingly), so I had no choice but to deal with this deranged man and a clerk willing to turn a blind eye, who only cared about making a paycheck.
When I reported this to the manager, their response was equally disheartening. They said they would talk to the clerk. They casually suggested calling the police and offered a insincere apology, showing a clear disregard for customer safety and proper conduct. This incident highlighted not just the external problems plaguing the area, but also the internal issues within the store itself. Employees who don’t care about anything outside of their paycheck. Not even the for the safety of woman in their store.
Don’t come here alone, especially if you’re a woman who is already fearful of the creeps in everyday life. Stay clear of this Wawa don’t go here alone.

I’m giving this location a one star for the bathroom cleanliness. Lately Wawa seems to be paying less attention to their restrooms overall. NOT JUST THIS STATE.
