It's really incredible, terrible service. I placed an online order 20 minutes early because I was going to work. I arrived at the store and they made me waste my time and I asked at the cashier and asked somewhere else. Suddenly, a super rude person didn't want to give me the order or let me leave and told me to pay where the sticker says pay. I left the order and left because I had to go to work and I had already wasted 20 minutes in the store.

I normally go to this store and the last time I went the coke in the machine wasn't working so this trip around 7:30 am I decided to get a cup of water. After getting to the machine I seen the coke was working I decided to get a coke. BEFORE I CAN EVEN GET THE LID ON MY CUP AND GRAB MY CASH I hear a manager saying DIDN'T YOU GET A WATER CUP BUT NOW YOU HAVE SODA. I REPLIED YESSS BUT I CHANGED MY MIND and continued to the register where I was headed . Employee moping but judging me with her looks. I felt racially profiled and uncomfortable.NOBODY EVEN SAID WELCOME IN AND THE LINE WAS GETTING BACKED UP but yet I'm getting accused at the fountain . I was so upset I almost left my change. I'm a regular don't deserve to be treated this way especially if I wasn't even going towards the door. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING BUT DONT KNOW IF IT WAS FROM THE HEART 👀👀.

Long lines and they allow people to just sit in their cars and block the pumps while they aren’t getting gas. Super annoying.

Usually I like Wawa but tonight I called to see what time they were closing. I was told 11pm by staff. I come there during the tropical storm at 9:40pm (the moment $ hit my account) and they're closed. Why didn't you just say that? I heard you were to remain open for first responders too.

The lady at the drink station on 10/02/2024 along with everyone from nightshift always leaves online orders for the very last. I understand that but everytime i go there i seat for 35+ minutes for food and for drinks on top of the 15 minutes i took to get there its disgusting the way these orders are been treated. I wait 30 mins for some cold food and melted frozen drinks. Like seriously how is that possible. Ashamed.

I understand that there's a lot of people stealing in that area but it doesn't make sense that you do the line to buy an alcoholic beverage because they have them locked up and when you go back you have to do the line again!! Even the security guard there suck !! He said a got to make the line to buy it , but who's gonna get my drink? 🤦🏻♂️ You guys sucks and need to do better!!

I love wawa as a whole and unfortunately this is the one I live next to. After 2 years of putting off this review I think this has to be the worst wawa in florida. If not in the running for worst in the country

Been coming to this Wawa for the last 5 months at least 2-3 times a week but tonight was the last time. Order a sandwich drive home it’s wrong, I drive back the manager and a co worker with glasses white guy with beard who should’ve been working instead of tryin to listen to my conversation with the person who made my sandwich tries to tell manager I said something I never said mind you I’m a grown man who has kids no need to lie about what was said end of the day my order was wrong and should’ve been corrected first thing before trying to assume what was said. The workers lack respect they don’t wanna work they just want a check. The managers are nasty. Even give you a hard time to get a refund 😂 this place need a reality check big time.

Every time I get food here it’s just fine but today I went to go get gas and Selena at the front register had a very nasty attitude. I handed her 23 one dollar bills. The pump stopped at 18 and she told me that I gave her the wrong amount of money, when I triple counted it in line, she does not know how to count money. The customer is always right, and she refused to get the manager to pull up video footage of her Miscounting the money

I feel bad for leaving a bad review when I have had multiple past great experiences at this Wawa but idk ,i just got a burrito and on top of me having to re wrap it, when i did little protein lots of lettuce please do better cause for 9 I’m ok with paying the extra 2 dollars to go across the street to chipotle

Wawa one of my best Gas station to get some Gas and anything to eat. But my question is why I have to DEAL WITH THE CASHIER OR MANAGER OR WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE TO OPEN “THE CAVE BEER” Just have to Wait 45min to open it up, And they come up with this FACE LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING OF COURSE I just ask 4 times to PLEASE OPEN THE WINDOW so I can get some “BEER” that simple!
