Everytime I come here, this store is very organized, clean, some nice employees that I've met. The actual Pharmacy, so far I've had good experience other then 1 time they told me my meds will be done by certain time and I came back they weren't done, then they told me next day, went back and still not done, but other then that, that's the only time I ever had an issue out of the 5-6 years I been coming here.

This was such a horrible experience they have a employee Maria Burgos that is horrible. She is rude, condescending, not only have I experience this but o have seen her act this way towards other clients. Not sure why she is still there. And when brought up to management nothing has been done. She was loud arguing in front of customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish I can give this place a 0 but I cannot. When it comes to professionalism the pharmacy staff must be over worked. Time after time I have had to get management involved due to the level of unprofessionalism. I had already started to going to another location due to this very same thing but unfortunately the emergency room that I went to has this pharmacy as my pharmacist and I forgot to change it. End result is I came here for my blood pressure pills and left here with higher blood pressure that when I came in.

I love Walgreens lately as the ones around here are a lot nicer than the ones in Las Vegas and Denver. Stores are cleaner and better kept and the staff is friendlier

I've had a lot of issues getting my medicine here for the past couple months. I haven't been able to get my mental health medication for the past week due to them messing up. I tried getting it yesterday but they were closed even though the listed hours said they were open. I went today and the entire store was closed due to their system being down. Tried calling to see if I could pickup my meds at a different Walgreens and the lady at the pharmacy did not help at all.

I went today thru drive thru to do COVID testing. I made an appt because I was not feeling good at all ,got there early and was the first thing I told Cheryl. I have an appt and “I know I’m early “. I was in the area and there was only 1 car so I went in. I was willing to come back if was needed but Cheryl told me you are very early and rolled her eyes. I say I know, so she turn off the mic and starting making facial expresión. It seems she was having a bad day I don’t know so I didn’t want to be another reason for her to be upset. So I asked her for my ID back and she didn’t let me finish with mean facial expressions told me she was putting me in the system and was going to do my test but the same wasn’t going to be processed until my appt time(I am still waiting for my results though). I accepted and apologize to Cheryl, And told her I didn’t want to be a bother and that I really hoped her day will get better. Even when at the moment I was so upset and mean words wanted to come out of me, I stopped to think maybe this lady was having a bad day or maybe she is going thru something at home or with her. No reason to treat another person like that but we are human. I really hope Cheryl will be ok. I really hope that what ever she was going thru at the moment be ok.

Horrible service,This walgreens pharmacy avoids the phone and never helps their customers. They close earlier than their listed times. If they close at 7. It means they close at 6:20. Stopping filling important pres

The worst pharmacy customer service!! No I'm sorry or anything just attitude from the pharmacy associate. I was literally on hold for 30mins!! I can hear all their conversations. I understand the understand staff but this is an ongoing situation.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been too the pharmacist is completely unprofessional and doesn't care for his customers health conditions. My medication was ready for 3 days and when I went to pick it up they said that it was a system error and they don't have my medication. Their only advice was to contact my doctor when he already sent them my prescription.

It's always a nightmare trying to call and get something figured out. It takes 30-60 mins waiting for someone to actually take your call, and then I get put on hold and then hung up on. I ended up driving to the store while calling back and waiting for someone to pick up. When i got there asked why it's an hour long wait on the phone for someone to answer but no one working behind the pharmacy counter was on the phone. They said, oh I don't know, we never hear the phone ringing. This has happened 3 times to me in the last 3 months. When the lady on the phone was rude and trying to talk over me and telling me to call the other Walgreens and then puts me on hold again and hangs up on me.
