I have never had so much trouble in a pharmacy. They do not send text messages to know when it will be ready, when they deliver incomplete, they do not notify you when the medication is not there, they only put more expensive medications without asking if I want that one, they do not answer the phones and if they do, they forget that one is online .
My pharmacy has always been CVS and it is the best!!!
I only had to change because I changed my medical plan.
I will definitely look for another one.

No one at the front desk to check out. Got my girlfriend home suffering and I have to wait in the long pharmacy line to get service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been a Walgreens customer for over a decade and it's a shame to see it so understaffed. You should not overwork your employees in exchange for a little bit more profit while sacrificing customer service. Hire enough ppl and get to work.

I saw a lot of negative reviews so I was hesitant to pick up my prescription from this location. I gave it a try considering it’s the closest to me, the drive thru pharmacy was smooth pick up no issues and the lady was very nice.

Just go somewhere else. Slowest possible staff. No one is ever up front, they give you attitude, don’t care how long they make you wait and act very incompetent for the simplest tasks. People waiting in line mentioning just walking out with items because no one is there to ring them up.

Maha needs to be fired!!! I just relocated out here from New Jersey haven’t gotten my new insurance from my job to find doctor out here and she refused to fill my prescription because my new jersey address. I’ve filled the same prescription out here 4 YEARS AGO when I was just on vacation. She wanted to be on her power trip and say she has the right to refuse what she wants. Based on her attitude she shouldn’t be miserable working there then. Get it together. I will be coming there to speak the the supervisor tomorrow.

This is one of those stores that you go into because you have to and have no other choice. The store itself is clean and well kept. The aisles are clear and large. It's just overpriced. Staff don't been properly trained in ANYTHING. Not customer service, not using the equipment wither it's the registers or the photo equipment, nothing not trained at all. And never at a register when you want to check out. They always seem to be somewhere else then at the front register.

I just moved from Miami to Orlando & needed to have my adderall prescribed as I have diagnosed ADHD & have been taking the medication for 2+ years. Due to the national shortage I had to have my provider find a pharmacy further away than my usual one (45 min away). Both my provider and I called to confirm the prescription would be ready for pick up & they told us yes. When I showed up to pick up my prescription the pharmacist outright refused to issue the prescription because I am from Miami not Orlando & she cannot refill prescriptions that were issued online (that’s not true I have had many in person visits with my provider & this is just a refill). My provider called them and they told her that they could not spare to issue my prescription because I was a first time patient & they needed their stock for their patients. Both the pharmacist and the “manager” in the window were rude and unhelpful. This is discrimination yo both the Hispanic community & the reason why the mental health stigma will never change. It makes me extremely sad that we have to deal with this.

Pharmacy keeps picking up the phone and hanging up. The other nearest Walgreens is much better.

Horrible horrible customer service. Been calling for 2 hours for a prescription and kept being hung up on. Called and spoke with an associate and store manager who stated “ they do this all the time”. What?! So as a manager you’re saying there’s no control over your own staff hanging up on patients. That’s ridiculous. I have never complained before on any business but this was the worst experience. When I finally got a pharmacist the attitude was disgusting. I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years. It’s gotten worse and worse. Do NOT come here unless you want rude people who could care less about their patients!
