The main problem with this phamacy is that they are understaffed. Many times only two people working there and one of them has to help the drive thru also. So, when it comes to call there is almost impossible, they put you on hold multiple times and then rush the conversation because they don't have the time to help you. I honestly feel bad for the people who work here under such pressure.

Really ineffective process. A failure to find multiple patient information results in delay, distress, and need to resent to another provider. This is expected of walgreens.

I work 5 days out of 7 and the store is located right near my job.. the whole staff is amazing Miss Linda, Gerald, Brandan,etcetera I'm so sorry I'm leaving everyone out but they are amazing at this location always helpful always friendly I love that store , it's not just the prices at this store and the discounts it is the people that work in there that's what makes this location amazing if you want to shop at a great store with great people Walgreens John Young and 192 is the place to go...? ♥️

A total disaster, they work poorly, they never DELIVERY you a medicine on time, the doctors send the prescriptions 2 and 3 times and the pharmacy tells you that they do not receive them and you have to go with the paper of the prescription in your hand because so much technology if not They solve NOTHING...BAD VERY BAD...and they don't come with a story.

They are very judgemental people they now are locking the bathroom doors and then making you wait until 9:00 in the morning and then you have to find a person that's working and ask like your little kid to use the restroom

This is one of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. TRASH customer service, expect at least 45min+ waiting time even if the medication is ready for pick up. Employees are VERY SLOW and incompetent. Do not send your prescriptions here.

Bad service in the pharmacy area. I am a 60-year-old person and I felt badly treated when a guy in a Cris jacket sent me to do the line. I did my line. I am an older person. I respect. Mr. May said next and then stayed at the computer, thanks to the young man, they should send him to do a customer service course.

The manager was not nice at all and I was even apologizing to the cashier for holding up their line, I went in to do a deposit into my chime account Walgreens charges no fee but it wasn't working and he coldly dismissed me cashier was nice but rude management take that as you will

Worst Walgreens! They never answer the phone, always a lady telling me to hold. Yesterday was over an hour until she disconnected me today was just shy of 2 hours of being put on hold!
