I have amazing Pharmacists Rebecca and Sophia.I'm allergic to many things and they help me and make sure I'm doing well. If I understand everything!
They never rush me.I have been so pleased with them.Yes they are busy ppl need to be patient. If You want good service.Keep up the great work ladies.
If I need ask questions.they look into it if they don't know.Outstanding work.
I have better communication with pharmacists than with my Doctor's .That says alot..Great job!!

The doctor sent me a prescription for this pharmacy and 28 hours later they did not have the medications ready and the glucometer was not in stock and they wanted to give me only one medication and the bulls for 4 days later

HORRIBLE customer service. I wouldnt come here if my prescriptions were free. The staff is disgustingly rude. I don't know how they are still in business. I recommend everyone stay away from this Walgreens pharmacy so you can have a good expirence. I would leave a -5 stars if I could.

Never disappoints! I can always find what I need at any Walgreens I go to but I have to say that at this location the customer services always OUTSTANDING. From the register assistant to the manager. I had an issue with an online coupon and they helped out until I got my two coupons worth $4.00 which was a big savings for me.

I can’t stand this pharmacy. They’re cold and rude. If my insurance was accepted at Publix, I would get my prescriptions there.Today, I went to pickup my order. I used the drive-thru. Informed the technician, that it should be a 3 month supply. She hands the bag, and I thought “This is entirely too small”. I parked, checked the prescription, and I only received a 1 month supply. They BILLED my insurance for 3 month supply, while only supplying 1 month.I then went inside to have it corrected. They realized I was right, and corrected it. That’s why I’m giving them a 1 star, because they corrected it.What if I wouldn’t have caught the mistake, and then a month from now, my insurance says “Its too early for a refill”? They need to be more cautious. Some people, like myself, rely on prescriptions to live.

Always had trouble with prescriptions at this location. They are either delayed, out of stock, or cancelled. The pharmacy doesn't reach out to explain why. You have to call or find out late through the app. Wish they would just transfer the Rx to another pharmacy that can handle it and communicate that instead of wasting your time.

They can never get your prescriptions right . No since of urgency. They move at the speed of a sloth. Florida law lets you pick you prescription up 1 day early to have it work better with your secdule! They make there own rules. Now im out of my Medication and now it says under review when i been getting them there for awhile. And nobody cares that works there maybe thats why over a 1000 have been shunt down this year. Not to mention everthing in store is above retail

We came yesterday to take our passport photos and the chief leader Malik told us that he cannot take the photo with white T-shirt, so we came today with black Tshirt and Malik said the system is not working, so I think it is a lie because everything looks good, he is tire to work with Walgreens!
