I love Walgreens lately as the ones around here are a lot nicer than the ones in Las Vegas and Denver. Stores are cleaner and better kept and the staff is friendlier

My doctor sent in a script for Ozempic, test strips, etc. I had to go back three different times, due to items not in stock or partial scripts. When asked, "Is there a nearby Walgreens that would have my glucose monitor? Can the pharmacist check please?" That's when Angel came flying abruptly behind the kind professional technician that was helping me, and yelled "I can look and see which Walgreens has it and then when you get there and if they don't have it, then you'll come back yelling at me!" I said, "If they have it, then they will fill the script and it will be there."...Everyone in the area was shocked and shaken. I find that it is a hit or miss at this Walgreens, depending on who the pharmacist is. I had left a previous post, which just a few days ago was showing approximately 95 reviews, most rated as 1 star. It's awfully peculiar that today, there are 5 reviews, from 3 to 4 years ago. I left a 5 star review for the pharmacist Karim, and I have no idea where all of those other reviews are.

I've had a lot of issues getting my medicine here for the past couple months. I haven't been able to get my mental health medication for the past week due to them messing up. I tried getting it yesterday but they were closed even though the listed hours said they were open. I went today and the entire store was closed due to their system being down. Tried calling to see if I could pickup my meds at a different Walgreens and the lady at the pharmacy did not help at all.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been too the pharmacist is completely unprofessional and doesn't care for his customers health conditions. My medication was ready for 3 days and when I went to pick it up they said that it was a system error and they don't have my medication. Their only advice was to contact my doctor when he already sent them my prescription.

It's always a nightmare trying to call and get something figured out. It takes 30-60 mins waiting for someone to actually take your call, and then I get put on hold and then hung up on. I ended up driving to the store while calling back and waiting for someone to pick up. When i got there asked why it's an hour long wait on the phone for someone to answer but no one working behind the pharmacy counter was on the phone. They said, oh I don't know, we never hear the phone ringing. This has happened 3 times to me in the last 3 months. When the lady on the phone was rude and trying to talk over me and telling me to call the other Walgreens and then puts me on hold again and hangs up on me.

I always have a bad time calling this pharmacy. Cheryl had us on hold and then hung up after 20 minutes. Other than that this place is good. Cashiers are quick and friendly.

They need to either hire ppl or limit the amount of appointments per day people come and get tested for COVID. It's two hours past my appointment and I still have two cars ahead of me. The people behind me have honked, screamed...it's awful. I came without eating lunch thinking this would be quick since it's a rapid test and now I'm stuck here for God knows how much longer. Unbelievable!!

Don't put your prescriptions here unless you have at least half an hour to wait at any given time. They are so slow. It takes forever to get in line even in the drive-through. Don't waste your time.

This has got to be one of the worst Walgreens on the planet. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!! I go and drop off or pick up a prescription it take close to an hour or maybe even a little more to be attended. They also mix up my account information and never seem to keep updated with my information EVEN after i tell them so many times about my information. Don't even waste your time here what so ever. Go down the street to the land star location, you'll thank me later! Get it together pharmacy staff!!!!

Walgreen de la Osceola con BVL este Walgreens es el peor del mundo , nunca le llegan las órdenes se tardan más de 30 min con pacientes en el serví carro te dan medicamentos q no son tuyos , si no desean pasar malos ratos no envíen sus medicamentos aquí son incompetentes al extremo . Eso era todo

HORRIBLE PHARMACY “customer service” if you want to call it that. I’ve NEVER been talked to the way I have been here by multiple PHARMACY EMPLOYEES at this location. I’ve been to Walgreens Pharmacy’s all over the USA and THIS LOCATION is the dumpster of ALLLLL the WALGREENS’ EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! IT’S A JOKE & THEY MAKE ME THINK TWICE ABOUT CVS, AND THAT IS BAD!
