This is one of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. TRASH customer service, expect at least 45min+ waiting time even if the medication is ready for pick up. Employees are VERY SLOW and incompetent. Do not send your prescriptions here.

Bad service in the pharmacy area. I am a 60-year-old person and I felt badly treated when a guy in a Cris jacket sent me to do the line. I did my line. I am an older person. I respect. Mr. May said next and then stayed at the computer, thanks to the young man, they should send him to do a customer service course.

The manager was not nice at all and I was even apologizing to the cashier for holding up their line, I went in to do a deposit into my chime account Walgreens charges no fee but it wasn't working and he coldly dismissed me cashier was nice but rude management take that as you will

Don't bother calling the pharmacy after 5pm, they ignore the phone. my wife's meds were finally authorized at 5pm on a Saturday, this Walgreens pharmacy is open late, so we called to get her rX filled there... no good. Sat on hold for an hour and 42 minutes. just put the phone down next to us and listened to that God-awful muzak. called another Walgreens in Kissimmee that is open late, they never answered either, but their phone disconnects after 15 minutes on hold (or they pick up and hang up, couldn't tell. Now sending our rX's to CVS.

I personally thought that since leaving CVS and boycotting this pharmacy was the best thing for me to get my prescriptions filled at Walgreens for a better professional outcome and resource in my local neighborhood. But ooooo' was I wrong about giving them a benefit of the doubt, they refuses to answer their phone calls with refill status and I have complained to their Corporate office about this issue and Corporate findings are that of no reveal and offer no help or support for this type of consumer experience in this Walgreens Pharmacy location. So hats off to this location with their very, very poor ethics in their area of idc. Ijs

Super very bad pharmacy service ,I spent over 30 min in hold, i could listen when they send me over and over again to hold, and after 38 min waiting the person who took my call was everything less than kind, I do not recommend it to anyone, they should not take even the start

Line was long which sucks — but I want to thank the lady working the pharmacy. She was very patient and took time to work with each person. She was very kind and helped me with making more informed decisions with my prescription.

Terrible attention, I went to request a covid test and the answer was if you don't have an appointment scheduled, you can't, they attend reluctantly and have zero interest in the patient, very badly.

They never answer the phone. End up waiting 1hr plus just to get your medication. Very frustrating.
