“This has been one of the better vets i have ever used! They work with us on costs when we are struggling, they break things down and let you know what each option would cost. I had my 2 babies for over 15 years and they were so supportive and kind when I had to put each of them down. Also, my husband's dog got up one morning and had a stroke, and he was very obviously dying. My mother in law and I called just about every vet in the area and no one could help us. You could even hear him in the background when I called them moaning and making horrible noises, but no one would help us. I called this vet and his dog wasnt even their patient and they said just bring him in we will make it work. They were the only ones willing to help us when we really needed it.”

“Got male & female kitten neutered/spayed here each separately. Workers are polite and tell you everything regarding after-care. They let you know exactly what you’re paying for ahead of time and makes the process go by faster if you pay online. Just come there early to get in the line. Overall a great experience and price!!
Had to keep them separately in different rooms to avoid any stitching coming un-done, but would allow them to see each-other during feeding time which helped since the other cat didn’t like the other one’s scent that went to the vet first. Now they’re back to normal cuddling and playing, and they’re safely healed.”

“If there were 10 stars I would give 10 stars, the experience from the beginning to the end was amazing, we needed an international health cetificate to travel to colombia which can be very complicated if you dont do enough research. initially spoke with Jennifer over the phone which guided us through the whole process, then we come in and meet Ashley the vet tech also very sweet and knowledgeable and then we meet Dr Lima , what a professional and knowledgeable doctor we were impressed and couldn't believe how perfect everything was. LOVE THIS PLACE and the funny part is it's right next to our house and we didn't even know.”
“When I had an emergency with my dog that I thought he'd die from and needed immediate attention for, they squeezed him into their busy schedule when two other vets would've made me wait til the next day or more. They also have payment plan options for people who need it. They had the best hospitality, and are nice on and off the phone too. Always willing to answer questions and concerns and helped me find solutions for any pet/vet related issues I had.”

“Dr Barnett and his staff are the only ones that I trust with my beloved baby. I won't get dental surgery ANYWHERE ELSE with anyone else! I'm driving 4 hours to have him do my dogs blood work and dental cleaning 4 hours and that's because he is the most trustworthy, professional knowledgeable vet in all of Florida! His prices are the most fair for appts, emergencies, any and everything he doesn't add unnecessary expenses with appts or dental he is honest and he cares deeply for our pets he genuinely wants to do the best quality work with the safest protocol and understands the expenses are high but does his best to make costs fair and reasonable. He's THE ONLY VERY I TRUST! I think negative reviews are people who don't want to take accountability and pass unfounded blame or don't know the price of procedures and treatment these days. Come to NorthEast Florida and see what prices you get! That's why i drive 4 hours and because of his experience and expertise and staff.”
